This is my 3rd Trip being planned from Travel Triangle and it never disappoints. We booked a trip to thailand and it was planned beautifully and the agents were in constant support wherever we required. We alsoo encountered an issue while on trip and they were readily available to resolve it. We had a great vacation and the hotels provided were marvellous.

Good experience.... Expected hotel slightly better but that issue is with hotels... Hotels location was good but hotel services were poor... Overall it was a good trip... Enjoyed it thoroughly...thanks

Hotel services : 4/5 Cab services including Sightseeings, pick and drops : 5/5 Agent services from whom you have booked this package : 4/5 Whatsapp Support services : 5/5 How likely it is that you recommend Travel Triangle to your friends or colleagues on the scale of 1 to 10 and 10 stands for highly recommended : 9/10 Few feed back: Ibis sathorn was little far from market area which was hassle for shopping Ibis Pattaya was at great location Coral island tour was very scary as we saw an accident at paragliding site and the lady was drown in Sea because of ignorance of the crew, we had to cancel all our water activities and that day was most depressing as we went to Pattaya for water activities which we could not do Also, we understand we got 5 mins delayed but we met the driver and he said I am waiting, when we came out he was not there as he went to drop other passengers which we understand, when we contacted the local team they said to charge 200 baht extra pp which was so annoying but finally the driver came and he was fine with taking us to the island pier without any charge. We saw miscommunication here also saw intention to earn from us as a tourist when we are already troubled inspite of making a way out for us Siricha and Safari world was quite similar , people can skip one We had best quality time at chophyra dinner cruise, everyone should go for it while visiting Bangkok

Driver who picked up from the Bangkok airport was very rude and herbehavior was unfriendly she gave us very negative impact but gradually other drivers were okay, the first driver need proper training that how to behave with the tourists , pattaya hotel was not at all upto the mark no bell boy to pick your luggage we took our whole luggage to the 4 th floor, staff is very rude and unfriendly, not at all recommended to others, bangkok hotel was good but rooms were little small but location was good , near to all the facilities, tour Operator alex was okay okay , better option can be provided and never the less Mr Shekhar was best part in the whole tour right from giving the best possible deal, cooperating with us in every manner when we reached Bangkok and always helpful when ever needed, so five stars to him, Thanks. We liked the whole trip eventhough some problems we faced but we enjoyed the package tour provided with lots of cherish able memories.

We have traveled to Thailand through Travel Empire which is part of Travel Triangle. We went with family to Pattaya and Bangkok. It was very good travel and we had good memories to carry forward. Overall the Travel agent service was very good. Except few issues like the Hotel at Bangkok was not good and their staff response was not good. I have not received any call from the travel agent and it was only email notifications and sms before we start travel to Thailand.

Trip was good, only thing some part of the trip which was cancelled due to the climate for that if the money could be refunded that would be nice of you . And at one place I have to buy the ticket for my child which was already included ..

The hotel selected was very far from city in Bangkok leading to too much travel. The hotel in Pattaya was not up to mark. Phuket place and service provided was wonderful. Phuket and Krabi awesome place and beautiful memories.

This is the second time we booked through travel triangle. We are happy with travel agent and transport. But the hotel we stayed in Pattaya was pathetic. This is not at all suites for family crowds. The four star rating and pictures are a mirage I realize. Not to mention foul smell from toilets and unhealthy /uncomfortable surrounding and crowd around family. If you want more family customers , stay away from this hotel. Nong Nooch Island trip

Overall a good experience. However GOLDEN TULIP ESSENTIAL PATTAYA was not good. Rooms were dirty and some insects lying on the tables. Wardrobe etc. Eastin Hotel Makkasan was very good. Else everything was perfect. We love Safari World and Marine Park the most.
