our singapore trip with Abroad Vacation was very good ..i ve done many tours with travel tringle...in these tours it was better tht we well known about the destination we visit before going thr.. because agents never include almost every destination in tht day tour or tickets..we cant go anywhere blankly ..we ve to study almost everything deeply ..cant depend on agents of travel tringle..either their service r good..cab came on time always...Abroad vacations Mr.Vinit always help us in every communication..polite response.. singapore second stay hotel was not so good...1st stay hotel was good...breakfast was good... overall good service..like to go with abroad vacation again...From travel tringle Ms. Ankita Mishra was very rude and arogant ..never response us properly

We had a very good trip experience. Abroad vacations planned it well. Though there were some minor glitches but the same can be ignored. Vineet and Naveen from Abroad vacations were always there to help me. The on ground team was also efficient and helped me in every way. I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle and Abroad Vacations.

1. Hotel experience was good and as mentioned. 2. All the pickups/ drop offs were taken care of timely and on time. 3. Cruise experience and bookings were good.

The services provided by Vineet were up to the mark! However, I was highly disappointed by the hidden charges such as passport delivery and gratuity charges at the cruise, which were not initially informed by the Travel Triangle team. I had to follow up for everything from my side, including booking vouchers, visa requirements, and the next day's itinerary. Nothing was clear until the end of the day from this team. Additionally, my so-called account manager, Vinod Saini, was not helpful or available for any solutions.

in oral conversation with the agent, they informed us that they will provide guide to the city tour. but they dint send any guide to the city tour. the cab driver who was attended us for the city our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

We recently had our Singapore tour planned by Abroad Vacations. Must say it was very well communicated and executed. We had a great time. All thanks to Vineet who coordinated with us and stayed in touch throughout the trip.

Some of hidden charges and multiple destination of sight scene not declared by agent at the time of booking , also HV less knowledge about the hotel engaged by him. Wings of time and cruise

This was a beautiful trip - quiet a memorable one for my kid. We had availed TT services in the past and they didn't disappoint this time as well. The local Singapore team was not always flexible, but TT guys managed well.

Mr,Aditya our agent commendable support ❤️ I give him 5star. But in Singapore agent Priya not at Good, but she didn't called us her self.. she not pick up the phone need time, we faced many issues because of Singapore agent no idea, only support from Aditya every time..I recommend to all go through the agent Mr Aditya..you never faced the disappointed from him... We went to Singapore & Malaysia. Hotel in Singapore was not that we expected, it was very small, was different to adjust in room with kid, even we couldn't sleep well for 3 days. When you are booking for 2A & 1C, make sure room is okay. I will not say to provide big room, atleast it should be well enough to adjust. Your travel agent also not good in speaking with customer when raised room concern, one of agent said, customer need to pay if need other room & she said she doesnt care about anything, this was really painfull specially when we were abroad. One more, TT executive is just keeping himself in whatapp group, he is helpless manager. Apart from this, everything was very good & awesome in trip like hotel in malaysia, travel partner at onsite, vehicle, timing etc. And I really thankfull to Mr Mohit, he coordinated well & assisted us in getting some return as a hotel adjustment charges of Singapore. I will still recommend TT for my friends. Malaysia hotel Onsite travel parter is good Vehicles are high end for city tour Places of Singapore like Universal studio, Sentosa are awesome Malaysia city tour, cable car, indoor games are also very good. We really enjoyed the trip.

Everything is good only little bit confusion while booking, not consider a kid in booking at Singapore but Agency resolved it almost 90%. Over all good experience.. Thanks Team.
