Located at a distance of 3 km from Kanchipuram Bus Station and 3 km from Kanchipuram Railway Station, Anna Memorial has been made in memory of Dr C.N. Annadurai. He was the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. It is his ancestral house that has been converted into a memorial. Ulagalantha Perumal Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple has an idol of Vishnu in the form of the Vaman which is 35 feet tall with a width of 24 feet. Regarded as a grand specimen of Pallava architecture, this temple has three layered Ashtanga Vimanam. The lowermost level enshrines the seated image of Vishnu, while the ones above enshrine Vishnu in reclining and standing postures respectively.
