Lachen Family Packages

We were a group of 07 people and all are absolutely happy with all things which included in our tour . Right from booking to the end of the tour We got what we were promised initially . Hotels were good . All drivers were excellent. Even the car which was provided to us was really nice We hope to make another tour with you soon Thank for your help Reify and Travel Triangle and special thanks to Nikita Chauhan for her support. Lachen , Lachung and Shillong were nice place and memorable location.

I am in touch with Rohith for 2 months to plan the trip and he is extremely helpful in providing many valuable inputs. Later Deepak helped me in finalizing the trip and making few last minute changes. Availed only transportation services, and all the services are fulfilled as promised. The price is also competitive, thanks to Travel Traingle. Overall fully satisfied and recommended. Lachen and Gurudongmar can be avoided, due to worst road of greater than 50 kms. Tsongo Lake, Tsongo Ropeway, Yamthang Valley are memorable

First of all thank you for making our trip so memorable. We had a wonderful time in Sikkim. You were quick supportive throughout the journey .Your guidance and assistance made our trip very enjoyable as well as smooth. Your supportive staff (drivers) are skilled in driving and very much entertaining. Mr Manoj Gupta is a great young and hardworking boy. I wish you could have able to booked Jain hotel in Gangtok as well. But anyways no complaints for Palri Boutique hotel.As the hotel staff was very much friendly, helpful. Food was good. Except the thing they charged more for 1 day as discussed. In feedback - I would say hotels should provide heater specially places like Lachen and lachung.If it's extra chargeable no problem but at least they should have available. Hotel Blue pine should fix their geyser problem before the rooms made available.Blankets size are small for 2 adult people. Also they must provide heater mandatorily as it's extremely cold place without any extra charges. Hotel Palri Boutique is not doing thermal temperature screening at the time of check-in and receptionist don't use mask.(As we had checked in twice and it was noticed) CONVEY MY FEEDBACK TO THEM. Neeraj - You should mention in the hotel description in your Quotation whether hotels are providing heater or not.let the client decide whether they want it or not. Tour was well planned and we have no complaints. Gangtok and Darjelling

He was very polite and help us to explore Sikkim Darjelling and Gangtook tavelling.Online boking experince was good.An agent did not give proper hotels of Darjelling. Experince of hotel was not good. Gangtok, Lachug and Lachen were nice place.

Had a memorable trip , All over hotel services and staff were good and very helpful.Drivers were also very helpful and professional I would appreciate the services of TT due to my bad health I had to cancel the trip to lachen and lachung and we haven't expected any refund but to our surprise they refund us some amount .If we talk about negative points firstly they mentioned to provide room heaters which are mandatory as per gangtok weather but we haven't got any room heater service included in package also hotel of darjeeling disappointed us because we expected it same as of gangtok All 7 days were best...Planning for some more holidays ....wish soon this pandemic gets over.

Snow fall...Lots of snow...I love sikkim...And thank you Reva ji(tour coordinator), you advise me to change darling to lachung and lachen. Thank you so Reva ji. Reva ji took care of us as our elder sister throughout the tour. And last our driver Arjun is the best driver, thank u arjun ji.

Thank you Travel Triangle and Indeman Travel Solutions. While travel triangle serves as a marketplace, a special shout-out to Nishant, Usha & Akhilesh from Indeman travel solutions. A lot can go south in a Sikkim trip planned in Feb. Weather being the main protagonist, there can be multiple changes in the pre-decide itineraries. Nishant’s team wasn’t present there physically but they tried their best to solve any problem thrown to them. Positives - There was road construction work in progress, causing difficulty in connecting the Gangtok hotel. On request my Gangtok hotel was changed for last 2 days. North Sikkim driver, Prithvi, was very professional, thanks to him we met a local family and got to try local cuisines. East Sikkim permit was not granted due to snowfall, they gave alternatives to choose from Namchi & Ravangla. Negative - Lack of coordination among the team members :( But that can be understood as they are constantly connected with several travelers at the same time.... some need rescue, some has hotel problems, some car problems. Idea is, if you face any issue, immediately highlight to the team and they will solve it for you :) Snowfall in Lachen !!! Professionalism of North Sikkim Driver :)

Overall its good experience Driver for lachen and lachun was not good with his behaviour , timing etc. .. Snow fall and atmoaphere of sikkim
