Amazing Andaman Tour Package 6 Days & 5 Nights

Overall the experience was awesome, starting from receiving in portblair the journey was smooth and excellent. Everything from travel agent part is good hospitality . The coordination between the agents in portblair,havelock,Neil was good. Sanjeet and his team are helpful in all places.we had nice experience overall.

Visited in Month of October 2019. Trip is really memorable. Thanks to travel triangle for arranging one. Trip was well organised and taxi, hotel bookings were as per commitment. pick up drop service, sight seeing was well organised. Drivers were present by the time we land at airport or by ferry. They covered Port Blair sight seeing such as beach, cellular jail , light and sound show. Havelock & Neil island sight seeing. They arranged for water sports (need to pay extra as not covered in package ) such as scuba etc. Most of the time in trip we dont have network coverage for our mobile but still it was tension free. Place is so beautiful that you wont bother and perfect place to recharge yourself with nature. Beach and places are clean, less polluted & populated so once can enjoy to fullest. One suggestion to travel triangle, itinerary they provide does not include exact time lines like how much time they are planning at sight seeing spots and sequence of sight seeings. instead of getting this information on the respective day from cab drivers if they can finalize it in advance It will help better to visitors.

This message is for travel trangel -Atleast have a courtesy to respond the user query or email. I have called multiple times and emailed for some queries to the Manish Singh but no response. What is the use of this platform if we won't get any response.

The below issue that I had 1) booking of trip - important to improve 2) response issue while booking trip and to get booking confirmation - important to improve 3) rooms was not ready with honeymoon type just as a plain and simple rooms provided. 4) Worst candlelight dinner ever we had. What we liked 1) class rooms of resort that we booked 2) Assistance of cabs services accross our travels - This was managed so properly and shoutout to all the drivers and travel planner even last moment changes also handled beautifully that we didn't even realise any smaller Hassle. 3) 24 hours travel assistance though out trip. 4) Received a great medical assistance on trip. 4) all the people / travel spoc person interacted with us. We had a lovely trip with Andaman Om Sai holidays. Right from customizing the package to making the trip happen seamlessly. Raji & Anil are quick to respond to your queries and have made sure we are happy with everything. Thank you we had a memorable family trip.

There were little issues but were resolved timely by Mr.Arjun. So we had a good trip. As per our call I am listing out all the inconveniences that we have faced and are facing as of our 4th day today: 1. Light and sound show has been closed since a few months (appx 3) and we were not informed about that. It costs Rs.300 per person which we paid as part of our trip. Literally this is supposed to be the highlight of our first day trip at Port Blair 2. Havelock- Symphony Palms Beach resort We were told that we would be getting all 4 star hotels, but this hotel was a 3-star. Also, We were told that we would be getting sea facing rooms. However we were given a room in Casa Grande which is not sea facing and is also on the other side of the road. Even if the welcome mail had mentioned casa grande on the itinerary, how would we know that casa grande is not sea facing without visiting the hotel? On an important note, Even after all the bookings we were told that we did get sea facing rooms only by Mr. Arjun, which is an other very clear lie. The room also was not that tidy and we found a rat roaming on the floor. We did complain to the room service people and was not resolved. 3. We were promised some complimentary services like - scuba diving to a shallow level, photography at Neil island, cake. This message was deleted from our WhatsApp chat by Mr.Arjun after the payment. This is very unprofessional by Travel Triangle. When we questioned about these complimentary services on call and why he deleted the messages, Mr.Arjun told us, since it was not possible due to some invalid reason, he deleted the message without even informing us. 4. Services- Whenever we called Mr. Arjun (during working hours only) he never used to lift the call and kept on stalling us with some reason and also rudely cut our calls in the middle of our conversations. 5. Neil island - Silver sands beach resort - This hotel doesn’t have any sea facing rooms at all. Again, a clear lie by Mr. Arjun that we would be getting all sea facing resorts. 5. Mr. Arjun informed that Kala Pathar beach was included in Havelock, however the itinerary did not show that. I did question him about updating the itinerary. However, he said it would be included. When we reached havelock and checked with our guide, he said this was not included in our itinerary. 6. Similarly we requested for Chidiya Tapu also to be included in our itinerary for Port Blair. But this has not included in our itinerary even now. We have been facing some issues and problems every day since our arrival to Andaman. This was supposed to be a stress free trip for us but this is proving to be a very stressful and problematic trip beacuse of many unfulfilled promises and unprofessional acts. 7. We had no cab on the last day to airport. We called our guide Irshad, we called the cab driver but no answers and we called our travel agent and his phone was switched off. We almost missed our flight to Chennai because we had to walk till the airport with all our luggage as the airport was nearer. We waited for the cab driver and the guide if only they would have informed us that they aren’t coming to pick us up we would have started earlier and the Airlines people wouldn’t have been announcing our names in the final call. All thanks to travel triangle and our guide Irshad.

The hotel Pearl Park which was in Neil Island was not good.They even not take our food order just buffet only which was too bad. Havelock was great and Neil Island

We had the best stay experience in Coral Reef Resort in Havelock which we liked the most(5 Start Rating for that). Aquays Resort in Neil Island was pathetic in terms of services and food quality, other hotels in Port Blair were below average.

We enjoyed a Lot. we did Bella Cruise Dinner at portblair- which was very nice. The candle light Dinner arrange at Beach Side - were So romantic. Everything was provided in professional manner. we never faced any problm during the trip . Thanks

The travel plan and pick up and drop was extremely rigid. People on vacation go for fun and not to follow rigid timelines for pick up and drop. While the same was not followed in case of the tour plan. The elephant beach tour was cancelled for the lack of clearance from authorities for boat travel. This is understand able and beyond control of tour operator. But then while same flexibility is offered to me in deciding when and where to go. Snorkelling which was complementary and part of the tour package, was not provided . I could have managed with much lower costs had i planned all of trip on my own. I wanted to avoid the hassles so chose travel traingle for bookings. Last but not the least, the travel triangle agent assigned was not very prompt and professional in addressing my queries. I had to follow up till last day before the travel to get my travel tickets.

It was my first experience with travel triangle and it was up to the mark. All the services were provided on time as it was promised in itinerary. I am extremely satisfied with the service rendered by all the travel agents of dreamzyatra specially Ms. Munmun Laha. Thanks to dreamzyatra team and a bingo for travel triangle too. Dinner at TSG BELLA bay cruise was the best experience.

Me and my hubby had a great experience. Thanks a lot andeman tourism for making our trip super special and memorable. Everything was well organized and specially the guides. All the guides who were assigned to us were super friendly and punctual. Everything was good. We specially loved our stay in havelock. Radhanager beach was one of the best places we visited and apart from that elephant beach. We enjoyed all the rides including para sealing and banana ride.... we also did scuba diving which is probably going to be one of the best experiences in life.....

Had a wonderful and memorable trip, my travel advisor Poonam(Lazy Yatra) was very helpful in customising the itenary per my requirement and following up on details. All the travel agents(Tanmay,Asif and shymal) in Andaman were very nice and everything was well taken care. Would highly recommend your services. With the ongoing fraud by various pseudo / non existent online travel agencies, I was skeptical as to whom to trust and chose for my honeymoon trip which I planned it to andaman. I have been through various renowned websites and upon my analysis, I had decided to go with travel triangle. They serve as a platform where, numerous travel agencies allied with them will provide us quotes suiting to our requirements. We can choose any number of agencies, do as many modifications to the itinerary as required, can compare the quotes and negotiate regarding the same and can finally conclude with the agency that gives us the best quote in all aspects. The best part is that they give us an all inclusive package (flights, hotels, cabs, entry tickets). Also, Travel triangle, on their behalf, had assigned a trip advisor with whom we can get all the queries cleared. I personally had been very much satisfied with the quote mentioned by Anitha ji from Jubilant travels. I had many conversations with her and had made necessary changes to my itinerary for which she had always responded positively and did her best. The amount will be paid in installments and the amount will be credited to travel triangle and not the agent. The amount to be paid in each installment can also be adjusted as per our convenience. We get the vouchers ( ex: hotel) proportional to the installments paid. Despite all the above, as this is my first trip through a travel agency who are totally unknown, I still had some doubt at some corner in my mind. But once we had started our vacation, we gradually realised that Anitha ji had planned every day schedule in a perfect way. Her team had been very punctual, honest and supportive all through the journey. The cabs were well maintained, cab drivers were well mannered and none had asked for tips. Overall I can say, we can trust Travel Triangle for any kind of vacation planning. Anitha from jubilant travels proved me that she can give us the best plan at a reasonable cost. (Note: the traveler must openly share their requirements with the agent and only then we can get the proper itinerary i.e., ideal planning is possible only by proper communication from either parties). Finally, I am very much thankful to Travel Triangle, their trip advisor Mr Abuzar and Anitha from Jubilant travels for giving us beautiful memories.
