We booked our Vietnam trip with S Vietnam Trips in May 2025 for 10 days. Right from the day one of raising enquiry on Travel Triangle to the day of finishing trip, Jenna Phuong was very responsive and helped us in every step. She guided us during itenary design phase and also was very patient to accommodate all our customizations. The trip went very well, hotels booked were very good, local tours arranged were also very good. She was reachable through out the trip for any help and guidance. They also assign a local coordinator in each city who was continuously in touch with us through out the trip, guiding us on daily basis. Overall had a very good time, entire trip was memorable, enjoyable without a single flaw. Definitely, we recommend S Vietnam Trips to everyone.

The trip was well organized by Unexplored Trips as per my requirement. Our day time was mostly travelling in a CAR to different locations. The Dezire Car allotted to us was very good in condition with the driver, so obedient, courteous and experienced in hilly terrain. Except the hotel provided in Shillong was within city, the approach was congested space. Accommodation in Khaziranga, Cherrapunji and Mawlynnong was also good.

Overall The Trip Was Good. The only problem we had was initially with the Cab Driver who didn't gave any information about the city and where we are travelling and what time we should be ready next day, but then the travel agent changed the driver after 2 days and the new Cab driver was really good which actually made our trip way better. Also one more review I want to give is Agent should guide us about the hotels we are selecting which should be near to the location we are travelling the next day, so the travel is less and we can explore more places. Elephant Safari, Elephant falls, Noigrat Trek & Dawki River & Candle Light Dinner some of the best memories.

Needless to mention that the curvey roads were being taken care by all the cab drivers Manishbhai, Sonambhai, Rajanbhai. They were all informative, accustomed with the rough topography of the city, culture etc. Special thanks for our safe journey. Wish to enroute, deroute and reroute again with all of you.. Arranged our Sikkim trip for 6N 7D. Overall, everything went well. The hotel in Gangtok was excellent and comfortable for a family of four. Cabs provided in Sikkim were also good. Drivers were also good enough to give details about the location. It was well planned that we were not required to call back the tour coordinator during the visit. This is my first trip with Traveltriangle and Unexplored trip. Happy with both. Regarding trip details: Northsikkim was really good. Journey is adventurius with risks (especially during rains as landslides may happen). Drivers we got were good. Roads are small and require maintenace as there are lot of pitholes and damanges. In Gangtok, City is very beautiful with colourful houses. Traffic jams in the city are frequent.

The hotels were good but were out of the city. There was no transportation available from hotel to go in the city. All the sites were good. The drivers were very good and cooperative.

We had an overall amazing experience with our tour – truly a memorable journey for our family! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The desert safari was a highlight – we absolutely enjoyed it, especially the delicious food, the entertainment shows, and the overall ambiance. The cruise on the first day was also wonderful, with great food and a lovely show to kick things off. Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they? Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Kudos to the entire team! Desert safari, Parks visit at Abu Dhabi.

Overall trip was too good. The only issue was in rishikesh the hotel was too away from the city area and in nainital hotel were not good enough. Cab driver was too good and cooperative.

I would like to say that the advice given prior to going to Dubai was timely and very well taken care of. Landing in Dubai, the coordination was overall good but needs more coordination and honest conversation. We took a half day city tour of Abu Dhabi as well as Ferrari World tickets where we were assured we would have at least 5-6 hours. And be able to see the spots of Abu Dhabi. This didn’t happen. We got just 3 hours at Ferrari world and got delayed because of the maddening queues. As such i would always recommend them because of the suggestions and insights given apart from Abu Dhabi! It was a memorable trip as such - the desert safari was really cool!

I had specifically asked for 4 star properties and was quoted amount for the same. Lemon Tree thimpu is a 3 star property as per google and other major websites and Lemon Tree manager also said it is a 3 star property. Valley Travels passes it off as a 4 star Property. In Paro we were changed from Tashi Namgay, a 4 star property to tiger's Nest at the last minute. Tiger's Nest is a very old Property without proper plumbing and very far off from Airport as well as city center.
