We were extremely disappointed with hotels at Hanoi and Hochi man city. We booked 4 star but the standard was like 2 star. We spoke to travel agent on the Day one, but she said the hotels in Hanoi will be like this. However, in DaNang and halong bay cruise were good. The tour guide and the cab driver were very friendly. Positive 1. Calm Driver 2. Rooms are good but could have been better 3. On call support - friendly staff 4. Dinner and breakfast was good Could be better 1. The price was higher than other providers they gave better rooms as well 2. No honeymoon inclusions were made but charged 3. Rohtang pass was 500 online but it charged 2000+ 4. The schedule given was not followed properly 5. Rooms were very far from the city, better rooms were there at the same price 6. The driver deviated from the agenda and took us to a potato research farm in Shimla which we find useless 7. Payment at the hotel and to the driver was very new, rather than taken care earlier

I am not satisfied with service provided , while booking agent told he will provide hindi speaking driver also he said full day driver will be with you and wherever you want to take you can take him in stipulated time but , in actual that driver refused to go any far place which takes 30min only, driver said he will charge extra if he goes 30 min far from city , also he was not able to speak hindi or English properly. Also after booking driver details given very late to me , I only called to booking agent for driver number Kodaikanal stay was beautiful, sky view villa is best to stay

Hi Team Had booked through TT as I had seamless experience in past, couple of poor experiences I had to face this time: 1. The first hotel Andakira, room given was very bad, although I had booked city view room, but got a backyard view room. 2. Airport pickup was delayed and we had to wait around half an hour outside airport 3. On one of the days we were not able to go to the 7 island tour as my wife was pregnant and team suggested not to go, I was compensated with avery poor 1.5 hour Krabi City Tour.
