One of the most popular locations in Kovalam, Lighthouse beach is a must visit for travelers. This beach is home to a beautiful lighthouse and also many water related adventure activities. One can also enjoy a unique experience of observing the surrounding area from the top of a lighthouse. Ideal for families, group of friends, adventurers, and honeymooning couples, the Kovalam lighthouse beach offers it all.   

When it comes to the question of how to reach Lighthouse beach in Kovalam, it is fairly simple and that has been a been a boon for visiting tourists for a long time. While getting into Kovalam, the nearest train station is in Thiruvananthapuram which is a mere 16 km from Kovalam and 11 km from Lighthouse Beach specifically. Rickshaws and cabs coming directly to Lighthouse beach itself can be found very easily and are fairly cheap, especially while traveling in a group. There are also buses for this short journey which happen to be so cheap, they are almost free of charge. In Kovalam itself, one of the options for going around is to rent a scooter/bike.

    I had Great experience from booking to execution and experience of tour package to Kerala with Travel Triangle Anshu helped us select the right Itiniery keeping in mind the affordability and convenience. Our Driver Sameer was very helpful and friendly and guided us well throughout the tour covering
    all the spots throughout the day. All the hotel properties selected were very good and was as per our expectations. In terms of area of improvement, I would say the the Houseboat should have been better that this. The look and the facilities at the houseboat was better than us for most of our fellow traveller's and was at a lesser price. However, the self cooked food served at the houseboat was amazing. Once again thank you very much Back2travels for the amazing unforgettable experience.
