Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingDipendar and Rajat(Travel agents from Himavat destination) were both very good coordinators and were very helpful whenever we wanted clarification before and during the trip. However, one thing i noticed was that they do not send the pictures of the hotels they are suggesting which could create confusion when we google it and see the condition of the rooms. I personally had agreed for a very bad hotel in Lava, West Bengal. When i googled the hotel name, the pictures i saw may have been from some other hotel which is why i agreed. So please ask the travel agent to share pics of the hotel before you book. Having said that, Rajat agreed to book another room immediately. I have to say that the patience of these agents was commendable. Thank you for making our trip great.

Trip to Bhutanit was an amazing trip. The day we reached phuntsholing was unfortunately a holiday. Eventhough the travel agency managed it well by taking us to the local site seeing in West Bengal and rescheduled all tue hotels. Bhutan was an amazing experience. The staybat thimphu was not good as expected. but it was average. Overall a memorable Trip and the driver was amazing.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingSikkim driver service was too good. But West Bengal driver service was too bad. He was not on time and made us to rush here & there for flight. We were about to miss flight from Bagdogra due to him. Nathula and zero point visit
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingOverall organization was good , not perfect . It was a little inconvenient . Sikkim was too good . But west Bengal part of journey was absolutely pathetic . Hotel was booked a super sketchy area. Food was bad . So not good at all. These agency should pay more attention to their customer's hospitality because any place's goodness will be reflected through the hospitality provided. 1 Sikkim , nothing has been this better. Totally enjoyed.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingAll Over very good. Enjoyed every bit of it. Mr.Arbin took care of all at every place through out. Drivers of West Bengal were bit arrogant in their communication and behavior. But Mr.Arbin has supported all through. The only thing I was really upset with Mr.Arbin and IAMHIMALAYAS travelers was things were not communicated with the drivers and drivers vendors. Like Parking Fees were included in the package and were paid by me before the tour began. But with all drivers I need to communicate with them regarding parking amount and need to arrange for a call with Mr.Arbin. All the places visited are my best memory. Playing with Snow was ultimate of them all.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingThe Trip was for 6n/7d to Gangtok-Kalimpong-Pelling-Darjeeling. The trip was well organised but the only thing which should have been better is traveling from one city to other. Gangtok to Kalimpong was longer than Pelling. Also Kalimpong was in West Bengal. The traveling was from Sikkim to West bengal then again Sikkim and then back to West Bengal. The hotels provided was good. Only in Kalimpong the hotel was not good. Bad odour water throughout. The trip went well until Darjeeling where the driver showed spots in a hurry and most of the spots as running spots where there was a sightseeing. Overall it was good experience. Sikkim - Towards Baba mandir
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingTrip2Hill representative very friendly and cooperative. All confirmed arrangement done.Always available for any information required. However the taxi drivers were not acting as guide as he should be to a tourist under him. The view of Sun Rise and its rays on Kanchenjunga before sun is visible was marvelous on 14 th Nov 16. However worst road ever seen after Sikkim border in West Bengal area while going from Pelling to Darjeeling.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingMyself and my wife booked for 9D/8N Sikkim/Darjeeling/Kalimpong trip. We selected We care Holidays as it provided us the least cost. First and foremost thanks to Madan Sir of We Care Holidays as he provided excellent support to us throughout our trip. Madan and Ajay provided us good drivers and they were gracious to provide us a KUV for our trip. (We had different drivers for sikkim and west bengal.) Commitment of Madan was excellent and experienced it many times. I share a personal friendship with him. Hotels were good and safe for women/family travellers. Food at hotels too were good. I recommend we care holidays for sikkim/Darjeeling/Kalimpong trips and looking forward to do a North Sikkim trip early next year. Watching beautiful Mt.Kanchenjunga from hotel in Pelling
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingYes Tourism.. has done good co-ordination during Trip. Over all Trips is good. however, please consider at least 3 star hotels only while in Sikkim and west bengal as lower hotel facilities are below average. .
