Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingTravel Agent: The agency was professional in their approach and all planning and execution were good. Would recommend. Hotels: The choice of hotels were not great. So i didn't use that service. I booked hotels on my own. Itinerary: The plans for some of the days just has a hotel drop off. There is no consideration for what we will be doing for rest of the day. This is a bad practice and needs to be improved. Bad Experience: The driver would only exactly follow the predetermined package. Even if you want minor detours he would charge extra. Change of vehicle every day and non-availability of vehicle at your disposal takes away the flexibility. It is almost like taking Uber for pre-planned destinations.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingOver all experience was good..but i feel very disapoint by agent because they change my hotel without inform me..i have no obtion .by luckliy hotel was ok..not to much good not to much bad its ok ok. I suggest to the agent if you change hotel or something else so pls inform your client . Over all travel agent is okk okk.. Both drivers.. very helpful and co-operative and friendly nature
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingBooking experience with Triwizard is very good except some issues with driver & low quality hotel in lachen. But over all is very good.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingThe trip was great although one thing I would like to mention. In Gangtok, hotel Aurora is near bypass road which is far from the taxi stand in Gangtok. We were forced to book cabs from Gangtok taxi stand to reach the hotel. The travel agent could have booked the hotel near the area of Gangtok taxi stand. The taxi agent in Gangtok was not that active. We had to wait for 3 hrs during the day of travel from Gangtok to lachen. Other than the above points the trip was great. Arrangements were nice. Hotel facilities were excellent. Thanks to the travel agent for replying our calls. Gurudongmar Lake
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingHad a good experience with Himalayan travell and Traveltrangle. Reliable and friendly. Lachungh was awesom . Then baba mandir and nathula pass. Sikim trip was awesome.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingWisely and in excellent way our tour was managed by the Cloud Tours. We all have fully enjoyed the trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling. Special thanks to Mr. Santosh and soft spoken girl (whose name I don't know) both were always available and eager to satisfy our query. The tour really enreached me with the landscape and culture of Sikkim and Darjeeling. Thank you Travel Triangle and Cloud tours. The people of Sikkim and Darjeeling were soft spoken and well mannered. They perform their duty in the most dedicated way.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeelingdarjeeling hotel mystic rodhi resort very poor management not clean room and its lunch is very bad.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingWe picked Tourepedia based on the very good reviews. While the agent assigned to us Mehul did a great job being available for us to resolve issues, there was a lack of planning at every stage of the trip. We had to keep calling the agent at multiple points to ask about our next step of the joirney. They wouldn't inform the cab driver details, change the cab on every day, don't inform the driver about the itinerary. So the driver was clueless about the plan and was asking us where we want to go. At the last hotel, the payment wasn't made to the hotel for our stay fully. The hotel guy was saying there is pending payment. Every step of the way we had to keep calling the agent to intervene. All in all, not a smooth experience. The hotels chosen were good. But the cab drivers were just taking us from place a to b without explaining anything about the places they are taking us. It felt not like a guided tour but a prebooking of hotel and cab, which we too could have done ourselves.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingHotels and travel arrangements were excellent. Cabs were on time Snowfall at nathula and beautiful scenic views at gurudongmar lake
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingThe trip to North East was excellent the hotels provided in Darjeeling and Pelling were excellent, however the hotel at Gangtok was bit away from MG Marg (Main market of Gangtok). All hotels were neat and clean . the services provided by White strok were excellent and they were always in touch with me Special thanks to Ms khushboo Soni for making my trip memorable though we were not in best state of mind as burglary has happened in our house before start of trip, i.e. 04.10.2019. This trip turned out to be great stress buster and we were able to forget all the trauma and started enjoying the life again. Good Job done by White Strok holiday in providing excellent services and designing iternary and selection of hotels in Darjelling and Pelling.
