my mother is a senior citizen but can manage moderate treks. He also customised the plan based on our interests and suggested great places to visit. The hotel accommodations arranged for us were excellent, and overall the 6-day trip was wonderful. We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. Except for the driver issue, everything else was perfect. My mother absolutely loved the trip. Thank you, Prabhat, for making our Meghalaya visit so memorable!

Our only complaint was that the hotel in Cherrapunji was a bit too far from the main city due to which we had to drive longer and added unnecessary travel time to our day [The room and service quality were excellent nonetheless]. The cities are incredibly clean, traffic is disciplined, and the overall environment feels peaceful. And the momos… we absolutely loved them! In Darjeeling too, we had a fantastic experience. Along with the delicious food, we really enjoyed tasting the different varieties of tea. Walking around Mall Road was memorable, with so many interesting things to see and explore.
