Every thing was good. However, i expected a bit of detailed information to be given regarding the pickup and drop points before the booking as we are new to the place where we are going for tourism so it becomes difficult at times. Otherwise the service provided was good and we really enjoyed our vacation. The northern lights tour in Rovaniemi, Finland was the best part of the package provided and also, the glass igloos .

When it comes to travel I am extremely apprehensive about going through an agent. Biggest reason being agents have pre-decided packs which we need to adhere to and the vacation feels more of like their vacation and not ours. This particular trip was a special trip for me as it was for my honeymoon and I was 100 percent sure I will not go through an agent. We decided on Europe and it is not easy thing for anyone going for first time to manage everything on your own. You are clueless on good location for stay, food options, local commute. With having these doubts in my mind I decided on going through an agent and approached Travel Triangle. Through them I was contacted by Sangeeta from Twilight Escapades and the moment she told me she herself is a frequent traveler to Nordic region, I was sold. My few conditions to her were that I want this trip extremely private and we want an option of vegetarian food. She ensured that things were delivered to the expectations and even with some changes in my itinerary, she managed everything very well. She made herself available anytime I needed some help, while I was in India or abroad, and that made the additional impact on the quality of service you can expect. From little things like telling me what to buy and what's good in respective countries to major things like our stay and internal transit, she had an answer for all. She has truly changed my perception of a travel agent and never made me feel left out on my concerns. Would definitely recommend her to anyone traveling to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland. Their visa services were also good. When some of the sightseeing tours had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, they even promptly refunded the amount.
