Visa office put up a query on exactly the same thing. Sorting that took time and meanwhile as adviced again by the agent, all the bookings were released and had to be rebooked. I was asked to pay additional 20K as ticket rescheduling charges and fare hike. When i checked, the fares were actually lesser. 3. Another Irony of lack of knweldge, the Schengen Visa came exactly on the day before my proposed date. So i requested the servicing lady, can we go as per schedule. Then she gave me an excuse that the transit visa for Qatar/ Doha needs 2-3 days at least. Later when trip started, she said, she can arrange it. Later She sent me a screenshot saying, Its visa on arrival. I mean, this is basics. if the passenger has to do all things, then why r we dependiong on these agents. 4. The Finland was maily to see the Northern lights. There were tickets on unlimited category with refund if Northern lights were not seen. Hub Holidays had no clue about such a catergory itself. They booked a mediocre category and the agency in Rovanemi did a very poor job and I couldnt see the northern lights. 5. After spending more than 3 lacs I had to come disappointed. There are more smaller things, which I dont want to highlight. Hub Holidays is not happening at all. Sorry to say that.
