Upon discussion with Deepak, he first started explaining about that this was discussed and then he admitted his mistake and asked me to book own cab and he will send me a refund, which he eventually did, a sum of INR 2200. But the reason he gave me was that if he would have given me the cab from his side, that would have costed him for 60-70 km as would been sent from city to airport and same way back. Whatever was it, he should have clearly told us before we were booking the package, instead of last minute surprise & that too not by himself, upon asking in the group, which is clearly not acceptable.
