Great trip planned by Travel home. Except for Hotel montreal In srinagar which was really far away from Dal lake and hence we didn't like it, rest all was planned really well.

We travelled to Kashmir in March 2021. It was a very good experience. Due to a family emergency we discontinued our vacation and the Travel home team helped us out at the last minute exit. All hotels were good, except the montreal hotel in Srinagar. Previously, they suggested me Hotel (Asian park), but I chose the Montreal hotel. They had good staff at the hotel, but the food was not good. Cab and driver - We were assigned a vehicle and a driver (Shabir) who made sure that we felt comfortable, guided us regarding sightseeing and also suggested us a good resturant for lunch. A special thank you to Farah from Travel home. She was in constant contact with us and took good care of everything till the time we landed in Mumbai. We highly recommend them, as the trip was really well managed and organised.

Driver was good.... We had very bad experience with hotel montreal in srinagar. There is no internal locks on the door. With a master digital key the hotel service people opening from out side with out knocking. And for the checkout they are forcing us from the morning 7 to check out and go. Very bad experience with that hotel. Phelgam pony ride was the very best memories

Hotel at Montreal was far away from city No transport was arranged as per Ittinerary. Had breakfast for only two in Toronto though we were three persons Laurentine mountains and Quebec city

We were a group of 56 people including senior citizens and infants and kids. Our stay was a Pahalgam for first 2 nights at Kolahai Green Resort. The resort, rooms, food and service staff all were very good here. Third night was in Gulmarg at Rosewood Hotel. Rooms were good here but service and food was pathetic. Not even to the standard of a budget hotel forget about 3*. The worst experience was in Hotel Montreal, Srinagar where we had last leg of our tour for 3 nights. The hotel didn’t serve fresh food for breakfast and dinner and water served in the rooms was not packaged bottled water but reused plastic bottles and refilled tap or RO water(as claimed by them). Second night of our stay people started getting sick with Food Poisoning and Severe Diarrhoea. By the afternoon of third day almost more than 25 people had to be hospitalised for immediate treatment with saline and injections and rest of them were given medications for the same. It was a dangerous situation as almost everybody had fallen sick. A waiter from the hotel informed that even other guests and few staff too have fallen sick with diarrhoea as the water is not potable. The management rather than accepting their fault was arguing that you people have eaten lunch out and that’s why fallen sick. Whereas that wasn’t the case. Infants who don’t even eat food too had got diarrhoea and also people who didn’t eat out that day. The travel agent and his staff was very helpful in this whole episode taking people to hospital and arranging medicines etc. But the hotel was one of the worst experience we ever had. I request Travel Triangle and its Partner Agents to black list this hotel from their future services as to not ruin their own reputation and travellers vacation.

Very exciting trip. Overall I can give 3.5 * for this trip. Cab driver Mr. Bilal , excellent service and cab condition was awesome( this was my first priority) Excellent support by Fortune holiday agent Insha. Apart from this. Montreal hotel 2*, bad service and bad breakfast, thanks to travel triangle they change the hotel to kashmir mahal. Rosewood hotel 4*, excellent breakfast and dinner location was excellent Eden resort 4*, room view is good service is above average, dinner is excellent if you go restaurant on time. Anarkali houseboat 4*, service/location is best

hotel montreal is the best..hotel green heights is average... houseboat anarkali service and room was good but food is worst.. Enjoyed the trip a lot...

Over all trip was good. Mr. Wani is very cooperative & also Mr. Asif... Hotels are OK. Hotel Montreal is required to food qualiity, according to 4 star hotel require to improve there amenities.
