We had initially contacted Sandeep(who was our travel agent). We were convinced immediately once we talked to him, we asked him for Video Call to see the Shimla and that gave lot of confidence with the travel agent. His communication is so profesional, and arrangements were as promised. Clean new model Crysta, as promised mountain view stays. What's more good thing was he was super responsive no matter the time he used answer our calls and clarify things. Food & Accommodation: Grand Mir International: Great food, but my bed had a broken ply. The issue was temporarily fixed, and I got a new room the next day. Check bed condition at check-in. White Water Resort Pahalgam: My request for a front-side view room was not honored, despite prior instructions. Many travelers faced similar issues. Extra beds were uncomfortable, and check-in/room selection took over an hour. Heevan Houseboat: Average food for vegetarians. Have a proper meal in Srinagar beforehand. Sightseeing & Tips: Pahalgam requires two days: Day 1: ABC Valley and nearby points. Day 2: Baisaran Valley. Stay near the taxi stand/main market in Pahalgam for convenience. Shankaracharya Temple closes at 4:30 PM; plan accordingly. At Sonmarg, negotiate for boots/jackets and pay via UPI or keep proof of payment. Health & Budget: Avoid overeating makki ki roti and sarson ka saag from Doodhpathri; it caused stomach issues. Carry ₹7,000–₹10,000 cash per person for sightseeing. These tips can help ensure a smoother experience in Kashmir.

It was great assistance from the valley tour and travels. Pema (coordinator) and Pema(guide) and Geymbo (driver) were super coordinating. All the hotels and vehicles were neat and clean. Its a five star from my group.

Very well arranged with budget friendly planning. Good service. Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel was enjoyable! Missed snowfall experience but that is weather forecast luck.
