Kashyap's 6 days trip to Goa

1. Kindly exclude the Dinner at Cruise from the itineary. Food was worst and waste of money & energy. We could have enjoyed at Hotel itself. 2. Driver was good, but he took us to spice plantation as the food was free for him and we had to spent money for the worst food. In addition, there was no gu
ide at the place who could have show the surrounding perfectly. Also, the driver knew that Dona Paula beach was 10 to 15 mins away from Miramar beach still he didn't took us at the time of South Goa day tour. Additionally, he took 2500 INR just to visit Dona Paula beach. In addition, I was surprised to know that he was a localite of Goa and he didn't knew the best Cashew shop. 3. On the day one we had requested the co-ordinator to move the Dudhsagar water fall after 2 days which he agreed at the initial stage. However, in the night when there was a miscommunication between the co-ordinator and driver, co-ordinator started asking me proof of agreement that when we had asked him to move the day of Dudhsagar visit. Kindly ask the co-ordinator to stick to the words as the guest has the rights to do the changes in the itneary. 4. At the time of check-in at Hotel we had to wait for another 30 mins due to mismatch in final amount of payment. Please make sure to communicate to the Hotel well in advance with the right amount to avoid inconvience to the guest.

Harun's 5 days trip to Kashmir

We recently completed our trip and overall it was a good experience. The hotels arranged were comfortable and well maintained. The cab driver was polite and drove safely throughout the trip. However, we faced some challenges due to language barriers. Since we are from South India and the driver spo
ke only Hindi, communication was sometimes difficult. Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.

Siddharthapappala's 4 days trip to Himachal

Turn on Vacation delivered an exceptional travel experience, turning potential disaster into an unforgettable Himachal adventure for our group from South India. Mr. Sandeep, our dedicated coordinator, went above and beyond when our May 2025 trip fell through due to Operation Sindhoor and war-relate
d flight cancellations. He tirelessly negotiated hotel extensions until year-end, ensuring we didn’t lose our dream vacation—his persistence made all the difference. Despite multiple date changes on our end, Sandeep remained patient, consistent, and intuitive, crafting a flawless itinerary covering McLeodganj, Dharamkot, Dharamsala, Dalhousie, and beyond. He understood the challenges of North-South travel, securing amazing deals on comfortable stays, scenic routes, and hassle-free logistics that made everything feel effortless. The trip exceeded expectations with clean, scenic hotels, delicious local cuisine, reliable cabs, and well-timed visits to breathtaking spots like Solang Valley adventures. Sandeep’s attention to detail—from personalized recommendations to real-time support—created lasting memories we’ll cherish. Umesh's 3 days trip to Goa

As I Visited Goa With my family The hotel provided by Bindas trip was far away for beaches, as I Already confirmed with Agent is this property near to Beach she said Yes, and I need to take Auto to reach the Beach every time. The South Goa CAB person was rude and having a Bad mouth. and also, he did
not cover many places mentioned in our itinerary and same follows for 2nd driver for North Goa he also skipped many placed from Itinerary. The Water sport person has almost harassed us ki first call your agent to make payment otherwise we will not take you to sports activity. Even Our agent threatens to be cancelled the further trip if i don't pay them immediate. As I only asked them for few hours for pending payment due to some Bank server issues.
