Trip to KeralaTravel Agent did a good job. Selection of hotels were good and we overall experience was smooth. Drivers were professional and helpful. Only feedback is itenary could have been planned better to avoid few extra hours of journey. But very bad experience from travel triangle team. They need to be proactive and sensitive towards customer. MunnarKa

Trip to KeralaThe trip was average and not very good. The houseboat was tacky and there were better houseboats available. The cake was supposed to be for a newly wedded couple but what I got a yucky fruit slice cake. The houseboat shown before trip was beautiful but the one we got were tacky. The camellia resort was way far from the main Munnar so lot of time wasted travelling. The driver would take you to the shops he could get some commission from. He would take us for several rides and places where we have to spend extra for the touring which was not confirmed at the start of the trip (not driver's fault but agency's fault). Average trip.AA

Trip to KeralaThe travel agent hides few things while sharing itinerary. Also provided a very old houseboat which was very dirty. The badsheet had a dirty smell (changed in night). Few hairs were found in the rice. Overall a very very good 3 days were spoiled on 4th day at the houseboat. A very low quality cake was provided as honeymoon inclusion. No fruit basket was there as mentioned in the itinerary. Several places were not covered, driver said these were optional, but didn't mentioned in itinerary. Stay at Munnar and thekkedy was awesome.MD

Trip to KeralaPreplanning was good but on Day 1 when we reached Munnar, the hotel was 15-20km away from the city with no facilities to eat or roam around. We had to convince our driver to take us to city so that we could have our lunch as nothing was available in the hotel at 3pm. In Munnar as per our itinerary, we were to visit tea factory but the driver told that the factory is closed on both the days and we will visit another factory on way to Thekkady which also was closed. So we could tea factory on 3 consecutive days due to misinformation by the driver. During the entire trip, the driver would just drop us at the hotel and would not take us in the city for shopping/sight seeing telling us that it is 500metrs, 800 metres and ask us to go on our own though, we were supposedly having the cab with driver till 8pm as per the itinerary. He would simply refuse to go anywhere after dropping us at hotel. With a 4 year kid, it was difficult walking all the time. While going to Kanyakumari, he tried to discourage us visiting places as per the itinerary giving various reasons. We stayed in Kanyakumari till sunset as per itinerary, but on our way back, he was very rude. Next day morning when we were to visit Padmanabhaswamy temple, when we called him at 8am, he was still sleeping and took 1 hour to get ready. Because of this, we missed the darshana at the temple which closed just 5 minutes after we reached there. we were ready and had checked out at 8:15 but because of him, we missed the darshana. He dropped us at Trivandrum airport 3 and half hours before flight timing saying this is mandatory although the airport staff told us that we could have easily reported one and a half hours later, because of this we had to wait at airport for 2 and a half hours. Kindly look into the matter so that such things dont happen with others.DA

Trip to KeralaEvery thing was supercool just the boathouse was full of insects as the sun set. Kerala is the place I never wanted to leave and it’s the place I’d like to visit again with Travel Traingle. Mr. Vijit from Travel Unbounded has also been helpful throughout the trip asking for any problems and whereabouts. I would love to plan my next holidays with them. Driver Firos was helpful in every manner. He knew where he was taking us what roads he should pick to deliver us the sightseeing we wanted, he even acted as a local scout for us as we are from North India. He is such a good person that I will try to be in touch with him even after this trip. Munnar was the first destination for us at Kerala. This place has never ending beauty as such that My words aren’t enough to explain. Road side houses are very beautiful. Roads are very nice and smooth. Kathakali dance, wow I would never forget those expressions from the dancers and Kalari too. Backwaters Allepuzha nice to feel the house floating on water. Beaches on Kovallam and the sunset. It’s a must do tour. Planing to visit here in last weeks of June to first of July did the trick for me I guess as this place is known for its greenery and the best time to see greenery is after the first Monsoon shower right. Clouds covering mountains is also a sight to see. At the end of the tour I was really feeling down as I had to head back and I was just into the place. I can feel I am taking Kerala in my good memories. People say food here is bad and cooked in coconut oil. It’s not true to the core but yeah Punjabi food is a bit different from north but it’s good in taste. I would rate the taste to 3 out of 5. Place is safe for couple and people are cooperating. Trip to KeralaHotel at Munnar and thekkady was good. Hotel at kovalam below standard. Houseboat at alleppy was a disaster. We leave house boat, no alternative accommodation provided by travel agent and book hotel at our own cost( Reimbursements must done). One suggestion, Never book houseboat online. Leave it to travelers to book at own after reaching alleppy.for travel agent, Need improvement in tour package planning. Taxi services was good enough. Driver was polite and always on time. overall tour was nice Munnar was the best part of trip.MG
