Trip to LadakhOverall it was a good trip. There are few things which they should take care with responsibility. We travelled from Srinagar to Ladakh by road with halt in kargil. It was excellent until then. As we reached ladakh, we were not updated about our travel for the next 4 days by the local travel agent. He did not even have the courtesy to call even once to know if we were alright during the entire duration of the ladakh trip. What worried me most was the lack of oxygen cylinders which they should have told us in ladakh and should be made mandatory for travel to pangong . The camp in pangong that is pangong sarai was the worst . We paid so much and the facilities were not even close to basic camp. They did not even have any emergency oxygen cylinders there too. We were told that all cabs will be carrying atleast a small cylinders.Travel agents don’t tell u that u don’t have to suffer in those pathetic camps and there are beautiful home stays available in pangong. So u feel like a fool there when everyone around u is in proper rooms. Drivers were excellent and cabs were good. Even on the last day ladakh agent never contacted us. And hotel zen ladakh charged us so much and gave us a room without even a fan. They gave us a table fan like in a 1 star hotel . The second night they changed the room which was better. Trip to LadakhAmazing trip!! We booked a 9D Leh-Ladakh trip for 3persons from Srinagar-Kargil-Leh route with Milli group travels through Travel Traingle website. Iqra of Milli group was very considerate and extremely helpful in understanding my requirements and was always in touch. Our Srinagar driver was good & we had Innova there. However, we preferred Xylo in Ladakh and our driver Norbu from Stanzin group was a Gem!! He kept us entertaining throughout journey and drove very well & most importantly safely! The hotels Baru-La in Kargil, Ibex cottage in Pangong and Himalayan eco resort in Nubra were good in terms of food & deluxe rooms. Hotel K2 inn in Srinagar had small space not comparable to deluxe rooms, while Hotel Kidar in Leh had good rooms but the food was not good such that we ended up exploring nearby restaurants. Overall the experience was really good, thankfully because of the drivers as most of the time we were out, the road journey & visiting places. Travel triangle is a good platform where you can get quotes from different travel agents and you have the choice to select as per need & budget. Definitely will try again! ThanksBd

Trip to KashmirI booked this trip for my parents and they really had a wonderful time, thanks to a very well organized trip. Arooz was always in touch and was a great help both prior & throughout the trip. The hotels particularly in Srinagar were very good, whereas hotel in Pahalgam could have been better. The houseboat was exceptional in all terms. The cab driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip booked via TravelTriangle and happy to recommend in future! Thank you.SS

Trip to LadakhWe had an amazing trip to Ladakh and Srinagar for a span of a week. The hotels provided by kailash expedition were great. Specially the Nature's Nest Camp in Pangong was best one with amazing view of lake. The driver was also very good and provided us all the guidance needed during the visits to different places. Overall trip was well coordinated and I would give 5 starts to Kailash Expedition for making our trip memorable for Life Time! I would surely recommend them to my friends and relatives travelling to Ladakh and Kashmir. Whole trip to Ladakh is memorable for us but to share the few moments, I think Hall of Fame, Turtuk, Pangong lake visit and Shanti stupa along with Leh Market stroll was indeed a memorable.RS

Trip to KashmirTravel home is a fantastic organisation. They are impeccable and amazing to say the least. They delivered on their promises and our honeymoon trip was absolutely wonderful. We were in Srinagar from 18-22 July and every single day was memorable. We've reaped many memories for a lifetime. Their approach was proactive and the travel agent Bisma is amazing at her work. She was the reason that we were able to live every single moment in the manner that we did. She made sure that everything was as per our choice. Hotels and services provided by the hotel staff was also amazing. Eden resort and Victory Inn get a big thumps up. Our driver Firoz was great. He made sure that we were comfortable with everything and guided us in every possible manner which was very helpful. He helped us out in every regard and if I travel to Kashmir in the future, I would definitely have Firoz by my side. All of this was possible because of Travel home. Their owner Mr. Raees is also very helpful and co-operative. He is hell bent on providing his clients with best possible services when they travel to Kashmir. At last I would like to thank Bisma for her impeccable and commendable approach in making our honeymoon trip the best trip ever. If I travel Kashmir next time, I am looking no further than Bisma and Travel home. Mr. Firoz is also in the list.Pr

Trip to KashmirWe were a group of 56 people including senior citizens and infants and kids. Our stay was a Pahalgam for first 2 nights at Kolahai Green Resort. The resort, rooms, food and service staff all were very good here. Third night was in Gulmarg at Rosewood Hotel. Rooms were good here but service and food was pathetic. Not even to the standard of a budget hotel forget about 3*. The worst experience was in Hotel Montreal, Srinagar where we had last leg of our tour for 3 nights. The hotel didn’t serve fresh food for breakfast and dinner and water served in the rooms was not packaged bottled water but reused plastic bottles and refilled tap or RO water(as claimed by them). Second night of our stay people started getting sick with Food Poisoning and Severe Diarrhoea. By the afternoon of third day almost more than 25 people had to be hospitalised for immediate treatment with saline and injections and rest of them were given medications for the same. It was a dangerous situation as almost everybody had fallen sick. A waiter from the hotel informed that even other guests and few staff too have fallen sick with diarrhoea as the water is not potable. The management rather than accepting their fault was arguing that you people have eaten lunch out and that’s why fallen sick. Whereas that wasn’t the case. Infants who don’t even eat food too had got diarrhoea and also people who didn’t eat out that day. The travel agent and his staff was very helpful in this whole episode taking people to hospital and arranging medicines etc. But the hotel was one of the worst experience we ever had. I request Travel Triangle and its Partner Agents to black list this hotel from their future services as to not ruin their own reputation and travellers vacation.ZS

Trip to LadakhTravel agent was responsive. Our hotel at Leg was not good but agent changed to good one after one night in average hotel at Leh. Camp at Pangong was not up to mark but there was no way we could contact agent to change it. Hotel at Margolis was excellent. Changed hotel at Leh was very good. Camp at at nubra was good. Houseboat at Srinagar was average. Non availability of electricity for most of the times at camps in nubra and pangong was not told to us. We checked nubra camp at 4pm and left 6.30 am next morning and did not get hot water for even one minute. I tried to contact Visnu Kumar , my designated trip advisor on 15th July , the day before travel date but his phone was switched off and no alternative person was allotted. Stay at Hotel at kargil, scenic beauty enroute Nubra and pangong.SB
