Shanti and Sasidharan from Naveen Travel were very professional and courteous. They kept in touch for the entire trip, were always available for any help and provided excellent service. Everything was arranged very well, can and drivers were always on time. A special mention to the driver who drove the cab nicely and no rash driving. I travelled with two small kids and road safety was very imp to us. All in all I was impressed with Naveen Travel and everything they arranged was as per the package. No complains and I will love using them again for my next trip We loved the Radhanagar beach and food in Andaman was amazing We loved the restaurant at hotel sea shell in port Blair. Sea shell has a nice roof top restaurant and bar and they serve amazing food and drinks.

We had a great trip to Andaman with Traveltriangle, Amtu from Jubliant travels helped us a lot while choosing the hotels and package. Going with kids and elders I was little afraid on how it’s going to be, but they were very punctual right from picking us from airport and back to airport. They booked both open and closed ferry for us to experience , it was great. De Pebbles hotel is the best in Andaman. Havelock and Elephanta are awesome.

I will rate my experience as Average only. The reasons for this are as under: 1. While it is fair for the transport agent to manage multiple clients with the same vehicle, but it cannot be at the cost of neglecting any client. I had another family with us and after reaching the Havelock island the driver was trying to manage both of us with one vehicle with a result that I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the vehicle. He was telling blatant lie that vehicle is struck up in traffic whereas the fact was that he had only one vehicle and it came back after dropping another group to hotel and incidentally that group was known to us. I informed this to Lazy Travels as well as Tour Coordinator in Andaman, but nothing happened. 2. At Port Blair, the drivers were not comming at pre-decided time and we had to wait for them after checking out of the hotel. 3. At Port Blair, the ticket for Cellular Jail was to be paid by you. The driver asked us to but the ticket and said he will reimburse it. But he kept on telling some excuse or other like not having change or GooglePay not working and never returned the money for two groups. This was also informed to the Lazy Travels as well as local Your Coordinator, but nothing happened. Do you expect us to keep chasing for an amount of Rs. 120/_. 4. While checking in at the hotel Blue Mmarlin, at Port Blair, on 08.12.2021, we realised that the accomodation given to us during our earlier check-in on 05.12.2021 was not as per our booking (which was Deluxe suite). This is highly unfair and not expected from a professional tour agency. To summarise, I fell we should have opted for a more reputed travel agency like Thomas Cook. Average

The costomisation part and the flexiblity of the quotes is best part of Travel Triangle, the agency Andaman Ocean Tourism was really helpful, they suggested us best time for scuba diving and were present at everyv point of the trip for assistance, and everything was very good. Scuba Diving was the best experience.

Day 1 and and day 4 was not good. Your partner at port blair was more interested to keep us in hotel instead of taking us to visit. I reached there at 8 AM and i had to wait till 2 30 PM in hotel, then he took to cellular jail and gave only one hour to visit there. It was very insufficient time. And also on 4th day came back at 12 PM and stayed in hotel till 3 30 PM and after that wait at jetty till 4 30 PM. So insufficient time to watch Ross island.

The local agency was over booked as per their handling capacity due to peak season. We were provided good assistance over phone by happy travels coordinator Nihal whenever needed.

Thanks to Holiday feet for the making our trip to Andhaman hassle free and memorable. Thanks to Aman for organizing this trip. We had taken a trip for 5 days(Port Blair and Swaraj dweep) The cab was always on time, thanks to the coordinators(Vishwanath, Asif, Rao). They were well prepared in managing things. They had taken care of our luggage which we left in the car while visiting places after vacating the hotels. They guided us in all places, it was raining while we had to take the ferry back to port Blair, Mr. Rao was already waiting for us in the jetty with umbrella to receive us. The person who guided us in elephanta beach for all the water sports was also helpful. Hotels 1) Port Blair, we stayed in Hotel sea gull. It was ok. Since we were there in the room only in night that room was ok for us. 2) Swaraj dweep, we stayed in Blue Island beach resort. They have a beautiful private beach. The rooms were decent but one of the room we got was very damp which I guess is beach of the sea near by. 3) The breakfast option is very limited in both these hotels. It was complimentary but could add have few more items to it. Seagull hotel (bread, butter and jam, boiled egg(no omlet), upma, poori, frooti, tea) Blue Island (bread, butter and jam, bread omlet(but no omlet), poha or poori, tea, coffee) Things to improve: 1) We had to wait in the port Blair port for almost 1.5hrs, we were dropped bit earlier than required. Also there were not any shops to buy food or water since it was lunch time we had some difficulties in managing the kids there. 2) The season had started and the cabs were quite busy so they were bit strict about the time since they had to address other tourists. In few places we had hurry. This need to be taken care. 3) We had booked two rooms it would have been better if the blue Island beach resort had reserved the rooms nearby. Also we had reserved in the month of May for a trip planned in September. One important comment to travel triangle is to accept payment using credit card without any additional charges.

Had a good tour of Andaman and the things are pretty ok till we ended up with a problem in Day-4. All the staff were responding to the whatsapp messages till then but suddently everyone vanished once we had a problem. Day-4: Was our trip to Neil island... We were given CS Empire. The hotel was horrible. We informed the same to local guide as soon as we saw the room and wanted to change. Will add the details of the CS empire hotel in the end of the review incase you want to know what is wrong there. I was left to the mercy of the local guide to help me find a new resort... No refund... I had to pay completely to the new hotel i chose to move to... I had to negotiate myself with the new hotel about the rates ( no help rendered here) .... No responses to my whatsapp messages post this... But the local guide Mr. Prashant was very helpful and took us to various places and let us decide the resort we wanted to move to... Thanks a lot to him !!!! These guys have a very good support system on the ground level.... but the boses/planners are very much irresponsible and don't care once we report a problem ... Points which i sent over whatsapp to these folks about CS Empire... ( did not get a single response from anyone on this.. I did add few pictures for their reference) 1. CS Empire maintenance is very poor... Could not bear the smell of the room for couple of mins as well 2. They themselves agreed that they are understaffed and the maintenance is not that great due to offseason... 3. They provided some room spray but it did not help much... 4. Balcony (i don't know if I can cal it)... Is not even suitable to stand even once 5. Their restaurant is closed due to staffing issues and i was asked to go to market to have dinner if needed.. i am travelling with my family(2kids and wife)... I don't know who would want to go out with family to have dinner outside in a place like this....atleast order should have been provided... 6. Bed and tables are dusty and floor is horrible..not sure if they have cleaned it in the recent past....

Symphony Palms, Havelock is an old property and not well maintained. The price was not worth the stay experience. We had to upgrade our room but still it was not what we were expecting. Staff are not sensitive and worst Service ever.

It was a great Andaman adventure and it was truly and only possible because of Miss. Anita who was our agent from JUBILANT TRAVEL. Such a professional lady she is. Managed all our requirements and suggested what's best for us. All the arrangements were before time which is highly appreciable. We were very much happy that we chose to travel with JUBILANT TRAVELS and not any other agent. Wish this company a lot of success in the future.
