I wish I cud click some nice pictures and videos and share with you . The resort was good that’s Riva Beach resort , in mandrem but the place itself is little isolated the resort is good . I doubt if any one would have any complaint over there . Riva Beach resort I would suggest if u wanna see good sunset just relax chill and do nothing then this is the right place . We had a fabulous experience of stay at Aromiaa Villa arpora goa. Cab services arranged for pick up and drop were also comfortable and on time. One more added advantage of the property suggested for stay was rented 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler were available next door. Food options were very limited and need to add some options in breakfast and meal. Since Goa is coastal state fresh fruit juices shall be available in complimentary breakfast. Travel agent Mr. Abdul was very helpful in choosing property through variety of option considering our every minute requirement. We had a fabulous experience of stay at Aromiaa Villa arpora goa. It was going good but there lack of communication between agent and cab vendor where they are not agreeing to visit places which were travelling agent share with us. However later when I complaint about it then they took almost entire for discussion and then agree around 3 PM and that time it was too late to cover places and return back by 6 PM. They spoiled few of the places and in other words, pls advise customer whatever places are practically possible and when you agreed with customer then you should deliver it, otherwise customer hardly get 2-3 days time to visit some places and at that time you guys spoil one day due to your internal dispute then think about customer how much he will lost with these things. Although there was some hiccups but still enjoyed the Goan Beautiful beaches and other places specially cruise time was fantastic.

Travel agent Deepak Sharma from unique travels is very friendly and approachable for any additional details and accommodative for changes and suggested all possible options and provided good recommendations. Accommodation at silver shell was economical and breakfast options provided were of good quality even though only vegetarian options were available. Swimming pool availability till 8PM was the good thing in the hotel and staff were very friendly. Room cleanliness can be improved across corners and recomend to change curtains frequently as the balcony curtains seemed to be not changed from long. Travel agents were good and approachable. Should have provided better car for the prices charged.

Everything was great but there was a kavk of coordination in the agent and service managers at goa. Day 1 , driver didn't come coz he was not informed and it delayed. Day 2, our complete package as per itinerary was not included but thrn sorted. Travel agent was still managing everything on his behalf. I have a very critical feedback from your company agent Ashwini. I would like to give her 1*. She just didn't bother to call or check if everything was going well. The number I was shared with not reachable even once. What is the point of paying 600 rupees to tou guys. No support from you. Worst!! Travel agent still managed to do a good job.
