      1. Agent given us the diver details at the last moment. Needed multiple reminder to do that plus Travel Triangle intervention 2. We asked for a English speaking driver. The driver though polite and friendly, knew little English 3. We asked for all 4 star accommodation including the boat house one. Except the Munnar Cloud casstle, rest were barely at the 4 star. God's own coumtry, (Kerala) have some meaning. Kerala sightseeing and boat house was an unique experience

I had booked a trip for my In-laws and everything went super smooth I can say. Everything right from the guidance in booking hotels till the trip completion Back2travels did an amazing job. Even though I was not travelling with them they made sure there was no trouble for my family. Definitely suggested for future trips. 10/10

Very well executed trip with full support from Rocking Trip in terms of last minute changes as well. We had a great time with family. Thank you guys! Only call out:- 3 instances of driver trying to cut corners in terms of (1) parking far away from location saying vehicles go only one way so I won’t go whereas we saw taxis and private cars in both directions later (2) didn’t want to travel apart from 8AM to 8PM stating some rules even though (1) he just had to pick us up from 0.5km away (2) again we saw other public and private cars driving (3) on the day of houseboat, we were back earlier by 5pm and wanted to go to beach but driver was not ready to travel saying he has left for the day

The highlight of the trip was Munnar. It mesmerized with its natural beauty and so was the Aranyaka resort with cozy rooms and a splendid view to offer. The Alleppey and the houseboat experience was a disappointment. It is overrated and definitely not worth spending time on. Trivandrum was surprisingly good option to visit with many attractions to offer. Though the hotel (Maurya Rajdhani) is past its prime, it is compensated by the visit to the Kovalam beach.

Aranayak resort in munnar was awesome. The view was splendid. Servuce was also good. However food was nit that great Boathouse in allepey was a waste of money. In 3 hour tide they stopped for lunch for one hour and driver was sleeping! The boat itself was not in a very good condition. Definitely not worth 10k !

We had booked a tour to Kerala through Travel triangle with the help of "Back 2 Travels" from 7th dec 23 to 12th dec 23. Our experience with the agency was very pleasing with appropriate Hotel bookings, Food and Cab service. There weren't any confusions in any of the arrangements. Communication was also fluent with the agents, which helped us smoothen the overall tour. Hope to enjoy another trip in near future.

Kerala is indeed God's Own Country We are highly mesmerized by the experience we has as a family.. we all were flabbergasted by the scenic view of Kerala and the welcoming treatment by the local people. 1. Planning part with Janit from J2square has been totally patience and understanding and responsive to all the queries and concerns, he kept my excitement upbeat totally 2. Hotel ambience at Munnar 3. Driver helping in preparing the itinerary daily according to my mother health 4. Driver helping my mother for mobility as she was having problems in her leg. 5. Travel Agents were not good. They haven't followed the provided itinerary and most of the time I was in hotel only. And also house boat's room were smelling. But provided hotels were good and cab driver was also good. Even If possible I want refund from travel agents for not following itinerary so that they will remember not to do like this with anyone else. Nothing.

Namaskaram Travels is a great agency to deal with. Vineet was very patient and accommodating to our travel requests. He made sure to call to update and confirm every hotel & itinerary. We requested for a safe driver for our trip & we got what we wanted. Bharath was an amazing driver we couldn’t have done without for our trip in India! He was so patient with our noisy children as well. My kids were asking when will they see Uncle Bharath again when we went for the next trip after India. We will definitely contact Vineet again when we plan our next India trip!
