Overall experience of Bhutan as a place was awesome. Just a bit of spoiler from driver and agent. They used to get angry over whatever we say, driver was not even turning on the AC when at time it was too hot. He was very rude.

We had a great and memorable trip to Bhutan through Rimso Travels. Very hospitable, so much effort was put to solve even minute hiccups faced. Customer oriented and good planning. We really enjoyed the trip from the moment we reached Bhutan, not having to worry about anything at all. Special mention
to Gauri who assisted us throughout, our friendly guide Kezang and driver Yugin. Chelela Pass, temperature was around -1, we could see water flowing down frozen to ice. Really enjoyed the rafting, the boat song and the chilled water. The view of Paro valley from National Museum in the evening hours

Thank you Travel Triangle for providing a platform to get connected to some sincere and caring travel agents like Dream Caster Tours and Travel.Initially their travel itinerary cought my attention,it was so beautifully explained in detail. Moreover as I started discussing about our plans, Chunku Gha
lley answered all my queries very patiently throughout. Moreover,I had planned for a family trip to Bhutan from 17-22nd Nov, however due to some medical emergency I had to postpone it for a week at the last moment.Dreamcaster handled everything perfectly and changed our plan accordingly within a day's notice. From picking us from NJP to dropping us back to NJP, our tour guide Sudan helped us seeing and experiencing Bhutan in our own way. The best thing about Dreamcaster is that they never overpromised. We got more than expected. Thank you Dreamcaster for a wonderful trip! ❤

It is our humble suggestion that sickness bags to be kept in car seats to facilitate the passengers if they have the sensation of throwing ups. First aid kit also to be kept in cars for emergency. Trip to tigers nest was an unforgettable experience. First we decided to go by pony and later changed
our mind to hiking which we thought to find out how fit we are. The cafteria on the way to the monastery served hot tea with sugar coated delicious biscuits which refreshed our body and the clean air added to our mind refreshment. We hiked upto two thirds of the distance as my husband was waiting down hill. The stone bath at the farm house was another delight for the tired body. Overall the experience was unforgettable. At Paro we did shopping to our heart's content buying the local costume and himalayan beads for our grand children and children. The sightseeing at paro is worth visiting especially the museum which houses the collection of masks of birds and animals depicting various moods like anger wickedness sharpness enmity etc. The various charts showing the landscape of Bhutan at different altitudes is worth mentioning. The magnificent statue of Buddha built on hillock of Thimphu city is awesome. It is built for the prosperity of Bhutan .Needless to stay we are looking forward to visit Bhutan again to explore the not visited places like Punakka.

I have previously travelled to thailand with my wife using travel triangle app. You guys are well organised and make stay comfortable during holidays. So is my bhutan trip , so i will give 5/5 star to travel triangle for this. Mostly will contact you later this year for Europe package. Bhutan was a
nature's gift to humans. Paro was the most beautiful city. it has peace, Beauty, adventure trek, culture etc . Our hotel sinchulla resort in paro was too good. Himavat travels made our trip heckless and stay pleasant. They were just one call away. All the things were well organised. Our driver Mr Binod chetri was a humble soul. He guided us during the whole trip and made us comfortable. Miss Prema and Pinki of himawat were very helpful. Only bad memory to my trip is hotel Om Tara of Thimpu whose services were poor and they were rude to us. Food was not at all good and they didnt even clean the room. Towels were not even changed on futher request. So for that i have to give days of thimpu zero stars. otherwise our trip was good.

We had a both bitter and sweet experience overall. But there was much lack of coordination between the driver and the travel agency. As per the itinerary, we had a visit to the Secretariat building at Thimpu included in it. However the driver refused to take us there and said outsiders are not all
owed at all. We were simply shown the building from a far away distance from the mountain top. But we weren't informed beforehand that the place is open for outsiders, after 5. This led to a bitter scuffle with the travel agency later over call and we were told that viewing the building from far away from the mountain top is also a kind of "visit". Since we could not visit that place which was included in our itinerary, after much scuffle, we were told we would be shown another fort as a compensaion. But the driver in the morning blamed us for the travel agency blaming him. He turned rude and told us he won't take us to the other place mentioned as compensation by the travel agent as it was not there in the itinerary and that he was just a freelancer and is not part of the travel agency. We decided not to get involved in any more scuffle. That was quite a bitter experience on day 2 of the trip due to the lack of coordination. Rest of the days of the tour were kind of good. The cab was quite comfortable as promised , but the driver could have been a little friendly. Visit to Punakha Dzong and Dochula Pass were wonderful. The hotel at Punakha and Paro were good.

My first with Travel Triangle and their Bhutan agent, Sunshine Travels. I must say that I have nothing to complain about. The Travel Triangle platform connected me with Sanju Sharma@Sunshine Travels and from that point onwards he took complete charge of the trip. He was extremely responsive, proact
ively following up on all things relevant including sight seeing, hotels and transportation. Sunrise had the best price amongst suggested quotes but was extremely professional and reliable managing the process right through Bhutan permits to picking/dropping us at Siliguri. The hotels provided were nice and comfortable and the driver was very accommodating as well. So, a fantastic short break thanks to some immaculate planning by Sunshine and my first trip with Travel Triangle will remain a memorable one forever. If in Bhutan I would love to use Sunshine and if I am planning my next trip, Travel Triangle it will be. Thanks Guys! Much appreciated. Chelela Pass was outstanding. It was a 35 km drive up the winding mountains from Paro. Worth every cent, as a bright clear sky made peaks of Mount Cholmohari in Eastern Himalayas looked like touching distance. The view was ecstatic with some local Maggi and coffee providing warmth. Every shutterbug was spellbound with the beauty of the mountains and the deep gorges while some set afoot on hikes from there. Nature can just leave you numb with awe... trust the Himalayas !!!
