We had a wonderful experience. The overall trip was very good, and we were particularly impressed with the excellent service provided by our cab driver and guide. The hotels in Thimphu and Paro were of high quality and met our expectations. However, we must mention that the last day’s hotel in Phuentsholing was not up to the mark initially. Fortunately, your team was quick to address the issue and arranged for a better hotel, although there were some minor hiccups in the process. Despite this, the overall trip was enjoyable and well-organized. Thank you for your efforts in making our Bhutan journey memorable.

Overall experience was good. We felt lost the first day due to poor communication from agents and we had to followup on few things ourself. You guys need to take ownership rather than putting it back on travel agent. You should work behind the scenes and update us. Otherwise there is no point in booking through your company if i have to do all followup myself. These are just few points where i thought you guys should work on. The driver and the guide after 1st Day were too good and hotels were of great quality.

Trip to Bhutan is really awesome. Climate is really excellent and could even visit some places with snowfall. However, places like tiger's nest, punakha dzong charge a higher entry fees for the tourists. Therefore I do not recommend people to spend on a temple. Also whenever the places are given as part of itinerary, please give all kinds of places like temple, snowfall, adventurous activities, etc and not just temples. Buddha View Point, Drukyel Dzong and Chelela Pass.

Thank you Travel Triangle for providing a platform to get connected to some sincere and caring travel agents like Dream Caster Tours and Travel.Initially their travel itinerary cought my attention,it was so beautifully explained in detail. Moreover as I started discussing about our plans, Chunku Ghalley answered all my queries very patiently throughout. Moreover,I had planned for a family trip to Bhutan from 17-22nd Nov, however due to some medical emergency I had to postpone it for a week at the last moment.Dreamcaster handled everything perfectly and changed our plan accordingly within a day's notice. From picking us from NJP to dropping us back to NJP, our tour guide Sudan helped us seeing and experiencing Bhutan in our own way. The best thing about Dreamcaster is that they never overpromised. We got more than expected. Thank you Dreamcaster for a wonderful trip! ❤

It is our humble suggestion that sickness bags to be kept in car seats to facilitate the passengers if they have the sensation of throwing ups. First aid kit also to be kept in cars for emergency. Trip to tigers nest was an unforgettable experience. First we decided to go by pony and later changed our mind to hiking which we thought to find out how fit we are. The cafteria on the way to the monastery served hot tea with sugar coated delicious biscuits which refreshed our body and the clean air added to our mind refreshment. We hiked upto two thirds of the distance as my husband was waiting down hill. The stone bath at the farm house was another delight for the tired body. Overall the experience was unforgettable. At Paro we did shopping to our heart's content buying the local costume and himalayan beads for our grand children and children. The sightseeing at paro is worth visiting especially the museum which houses the collection of masks of birds and animals depicting various moods like anger wickedness sharpness enmity etc. The various charts showing the landscape of Bhutan at different altitudes is worth mentioning. The magnificent statue of Buddha built on hillock of Thimphu city is awesome. It is built for the prosperity of Bhutan .Needless to stay we are looking forward to visit Bhutan again to explore the not visited places like Punakka.
