White Lily Vacations- 5/5 for Ms . Neerja- she just owns every thing from booking, to follow ups to actual co-ordination. No less than a CEO. She made our trip smooth. Ground team's cab co-ordination could be better. They give a 30 min for pick up/drop but expect guests to be ready at the start of the 30 min slot which does not always make sense. Guests should have choice exactly when to leave in that slot. Hotel Movenpick Apartment, Al Mamzar was amazing with great breakfast. Cab quality and drive's skill/communication was excellent.

I gave a 4/10 rating since Isha who handled my account before booking was very patient and helpful. However, post booking of flights only, though I got a better offer and showed it to her, she denied to give me discount saying company rules and policies. I understand companies have rules and policies, but when you say " you can beat any price", your policy should change depending on it to meet customer requirements. Isha- Proposed a good itinerary and it worked very well. However, despite my request to have Burj Khalifa- At the top at 6 pm ( though she acknowledged it in writing), she did not make it work and i was very pissed off when she said she never confirmed the time. When a customer is given a commitment, we expect that commitment to work. I have decided that i will never ever book from Travel trainagle again and never refer this to anyone.
