Hotels were good but food availability was limited at one place and too expensive at other one. Hotel near by surroundings and staff was very good and polite. Quality of food also good. Cab driver was friendly and polite . Driving was also good and comfortable. Travel agent was best at his all services from the beginning and very helpful. There are lots of memories which we have bring back to home. On 3rd say when we visited manikaran temple that was peaceful things we have seen since long.

Orchard Greens is a horrible hotel. Please don't go there. Poor service and bad food quality - need to constantly ight with hotel management to get what was promised! Nitish and Pawan from PP Travels were very helpful and sorted out our problems. Also, camp stay in manali was amazing! great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel at Manali was amazing and people there were all kind. It felt really food staying there. Expected the same at Kasol. The place is mesmerizing. Only if the camp site tents were good, I wouldn't talk else about that place. the tents were stinking and suffocating. Luckily we got Swiss tens for a night. Swiss tents would have done the charm if we had got it for both the days. We were shifted to another cottage with extra money paid. Anyway, everything went well. Thanks to Lalita for being all supportive.

Felt that the cost of the package was costly. Hospitality received in hotels was good. Could have booked sleeper buses instead of semi sleeper for the travel between Delhi to Shimla and Manali to Delhi.

2021We had one of the worst experiences with Travel Agent and travel agency. They cancelled my hotel bookings without giving prior intimation. Later started putting blame in me rather than accepting mistake. Horrible communication gap between Traveltriangle and Agency. Also it happened multiple times that they committed something I made payment and later on they told that the particular committed hotel is not available or rooms are degraded. At one point I got so frustrated that I had to lodge formal complaint against The Agency All India Holidays (Sandeep Sharma and Shyam mishra) and Tour Manager Niharika Singh and Raghav Chauhan. It's been 3 weeks and I am yet to get any response from Traveltriangle on my complaint - haven't even recieved an acknowledgement yet. Also the experience at Hotel Alpine Crest Kalpa wasn't very great. Very inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Extremely small rooms. Okayish food and service. I had to request for each and everything specifically as "Room is Ready" meant it's been cleaned. No towel, soap, tissues, water was provided till the time we asked for it.Both for dinner and breakfast they told us that by 7 it will be given and dinner was given at 9 pm and for breakfast when we went there was noone and kitch was closed and staff was still sleeping. We had to call the no. mentioned on Google and then someone woke them up and then they came. We had to leave for a long journey and got late by 1.5 hrs cause of that The Driver was an amazing and friendly human being Very polite nice and helpful Also it was a wonderful experience staying at The Royal Castle Sangla. Very proactive, helpful and friendly staff, tasty food, spacious and clean room with mesmerizing view.

Mr and Mrs Negi were extremely helpful. Accommodated all possible requests and gave us the right guidance as we were visiting Manali for the first time . The cab driver was extremely helpful, hotels provided were quite good and very clean. Mr. Negi had informed us about the all possible additional cost (example room heaters or ad hoc additional travel )that really helped. No hidden charges at all ! Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend “The Drift 9 Travel Zone” for Ppl keen on travelling to Himachal.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

Sudden Driver Changing just before the trip starts , confused me a lot ! This should not be done in my future tours through your agency!! Mr. Gurpreet was my cab driver throughout the tour . He drove in a very safest way . If I book any trip in future time , then I want him to be my driver again . God bless him.......!
