Next, you will visit the Gun Hills which is the second highest peak of Mussoorie and George Hill Everest which is laden with snow. Today you will be transferred to Rishikesh from Mussoorie by a private cab. As soon as you reach you will check in to the hotel. Rishikesh is a holy place which is again visited by many travellers, tourists, and honeymooners throughout the year. Rishikesh has numerous local places for sightseeing. Amongst them are Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula which is also famous for the flea markets that are there around the two Jhula. Visit the Triveni Ghat and if you get a chance attend the evening Ganga Aarti which is considered to be very sacred.

The two temples Bharat Mandir and Nilkanth Mahadev Mandir are the most renowned ones and are a must visit. A visit The Gita Bhawan and Vashistha cave is a part of your Mussoorie tour package.
