Bad experience in doing booking with Sidhak Travel. They booked abd charged for quad occupancy room in Corbett but actually it was standard room with 2 mattresses put on floor that too after moving furniture out of the room. Also after providing quote on travel triangle they called and asked for extra money as they have wrongly quoted. Hotel in Nanital was OK.

The trip arrangements were good. Ms. Neha was very prompt and kind right from the trip booking. Most importantly she was one phone call away if we need anything. Hotel chosen at Nainital was Dynasty resorts. I had checked the google reviews and it showed 3.5 stars so I gave confirmation to Neha. But the hotel experience was not good. Hotel staff is not caring. Looking at the hotel delux room cost, services provided are very less. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, it is 10km away from Nainital view points so unnecessary your travel time increases. The Corbett view resort at Jim Corbett was nice. Staff was good and I'll give full marks to maintained cleanliness in surroundings and in rooms too. We were provided with delux room. There were huts also and we were not informed about room type. If we had known earlier about huts, I would have chosen hut stay. But anyways, our stay was comfortable, food was tasty and overall the hotel area is very nice. I would like to exclusively mention about the taxi and driver arrangements. There is one plus point and one improvement about taxi arrangements. As per the policy, driver details are shared to you one day before your trip. But in our case it was little late response. Our flight was scheduled at 11pm from Pune and we were supposed to reach delhi next day 2AM. We received taxi driver details around 9.30pm that day. So, I think this can be improved so that customer is not worried about all this. Plus point is, driver was too good. No complaints. Very humble and very punctual. Thank you so much chintu ji. Overall trip experience was good. Thank you team.

The driver should be professional in attitude, follow the itinerary and not defy them in the guise of challan being issued by R.T O.--missed out on places like Almora & Ranikhet because of detour. He also should be familiar with roads. Option should be given to guest regarding quality of hotels. Nainital stay.

The worst part of our trip was the itinerary which spoiled the trip .It was not properly planned at all ,travel time was too much and also they provided us last night stay in Kausani ,from where Delhi Airport was 12 hrs of distance ,and thus it became a very hectic trip .Room Heater was mentioned in the packaged but it was not provided at some destinations and where they have provided,it was so small that it can't even maintain the room temperature .

Overall experience was very good at Jim Corbett (Corbett Wild resort) but at Nanital the experience was pathetic., be it hotel (aroma) or the hotel staff Later on, i have to change my hotel by my own and stayed there for only 1 night As far as cab experience, the driver was very unprofessional and he didn't even talk to us and whenever we use to say to go to that place he make annoying faces and he was not pr-actively tell us what is the itinerary for the day. Only one thing which we enjoy was stay at Corbett Wild resort (river side view), the staff was very polite with smiling face, the food was very good and the Kosi River is at the back of the resort, which is 3-5 minutes walking distance from the resort.

Place is beautiful, but you have already been to kashmir then you won't like it. Hotel was okay. We have to sweep our bathroom after taking bath , its floor was not even. We had one candle light dinner into that we were asked to order same food from the buffet. When we argued a little more they were ready to take order and prepared food for us that too very less variety and took lot of time. I must say the person who was looking resturant was having brain. Very pathetic breakfast. We were told while booking this order that we will have personal chef and we will get whatever we want to have. It was our special day and got spoilt. The travel agent even didn't told us that we have to shell out extra for few places where the cab provides by them will not go. Travel agen do not provide complete details. One more thing , you won't be able to cancel your trip you may postpone it if your travel agent allows it. Otherwise all the money gone, you will not get refund. Completely disappointed.

Overall it was a good experience since every vacation has to happen with good memories. But I would like to highlight few key points based on that you yourself can judge my experience. So let's start....the travel discussion was happening since 4 months prior start of the trip. Where I clearly mentioned to provide me a good vehicle and helpful driver. I was traveling with my 3 year kid. The vehicle was utterly of a bad condition with AC not working. On top of it the driver kept bluffing on fixing the AC , which did not happened till the end. The car was Eco Sport and driver name was Shiv Sundar. He was very keen on skipping spots where he has to pay parking and entry fee of that particular point. This pissed of me the most. Very sadly the travel agent Shivangi also couldn't help much during those times. I would request Travel Triangle to eliminate the traveller for harrasing customers to the most. The property was nicely arranged and l am happy with them. Shivangi did a good job but only advice is to listen to the customer first rather giving more importance to the driver during the journey. Overall I would rate 2.5/5 for the entire service provided with respect to time and money spent. Kindly be careful before making the final decision. Hope this helped. Nainital and Corbett stay
