Rebound with the hindu culture in Nepal

This morning you will be taken for a visit to the Hindu culture in Nepal, Pashupatinath after having breakfast. This is the place where holy sadhus pray and  perform cremations on the banks of the Bagmati River. We will then continue towards Boudhanath which is the holiest shrine of the Buddhist culture in Nepal. With its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage. After completion of these two spots, you will be taken for a visit to Patan.

Also known as Lalitpur , the city of beauty is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati River and is the second largest town in the valley. Within the city also lies the Tibetan refugee center, home to most of the valley's Tibetan population. While technically refugees, the Tibetans are some of the wealthiest people in the valley because of the carpet industry they operate. For those looking to bring home a fine Tibetan carpet, this is the place to shop. Before the end you will head to Swayambhunath temple, which is the last attraction for the day. Later you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Hotel was average not so clean. Vehicle sent was too bad in condition. They have sent another vehicle next day that's spacious but suspension condition is very bad Driver is generally good but very poor in planning and maintaining timelines to cover the places. Lot of time wastedriver doesn't know the route properly so we couldn't see all places plus wasted time a lot. Travel agent was very helpful especially in providing information correctly. Travel agent collected extra amount for the last day because he said itenary says to drop us after checkout from hotel. But I didn't see any where it's mentioned.he shouldn't have asked for it extra. He promised that he will suggest places to shop and I form driver about the same but nothing happened..we have to search online and visit. Places

Our journey: 4 days: Kathmandu - Nagarkot. Excellent communication throughout: Nirmla (We care holidays) the organiser/manager was very responsive from the planning stage until the last day. Also very flexible with regards to suiting our needs. Our driver Mr. Navraj was very patient and also flexible. He was with us throughout the whole round trip in all the different villages we visited, however never felt intrusive and gave us our own space. Also very responsive. The private car was always clean and comfortable. Accomodation: 1. Aryatara Kathmandu Hotel is an excellent hotel with superb facilities. The staff is well trained, very warm and cordial. and the food is good too. Location wise, Aryatara hotel is located in the main tourist hub with plenty of amenities around. all in all a great place to stay . comfortable rooms and beds. the WiFi is sufficiently strong and fast. 2.Bojinee resort nagarkot, The rooms were nice. The staffs were nice and friendly. The food was very bad and the dishes were not properly washed. The view from the balcony was relaxing. Read less General info on Nepal: people are very nice and welcoming all around. Everyone has good intentions and nowhere felt unsafe.although we mostly avoided street food. With regards to Kathmandu, i would not recommend staying more than a day or two since it is very dusty and somewhat dirty. Most other places we visited are ok, especially mountain villages.

We enjoyed our small trip to Kathmandu and Nagarkot. Bhagwat made good arrangements for the trip. His drivers are good and professional. Bhagwat also arranged for our Everest flight at the last moment. We loved the location of Katmandu Arts hotel. It is right in the midst of the market area.

I chose SnowYoda expeditions as my travel agent and from day one Sumit who was my contact was quite supportive and responsed very quick at every step to ensure everything was in place for my travel. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a single driver all through the trip and that is because I was given three different drivers in the three days I was there. Apart from this, I am happy with the entire experience!

Travel triangle has always reached out of my expectations.. This time Himalayan Adventure Trek was ultimate fun Since i travelled with my parents and with my kid it was taking long time than usual still the team managed to plan the activities in a such way that we could cover many of the places without any issues I really suggest Himalayan Adventure Treks without any doubt I also would plan my next trip with them Overall it was a very good experience My driver Subhash and the travel coordinate Dipesh was superr helpful, kind and supportive.. My travel went good only because of these 2 people

There is much more that can be experienced in Nepal. We needed a better plan. It is important that the driver is knowledgeable enough to help us better plan our visit and activities, this was very much lacking. Due to lack of proper guidance we lost one day of tour to to excessive travelling. Sarangkot Paragliding and seti river rafting, cable car at Mankamna Temple.
