I recently completed a trip to Andaman Islands with your company, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Overall, I am pleased with the service and had a wonderful time exploring the sights and culture. 1. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, with prompt responses from your team. 2. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to see all the highlights without feeling rushed. The balance between guided activities and free time was perfect. 3. Our tour guides, especially Naresh for Baratang, were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with local insights and recommendations. 4. The accommodations were comfortable and met expectations except the one at Port Blair, i.e. De Pebbles, its location is not appropriate. The transportation was reliable and punctual.

It was my first solo trip. One of my friends recommended giving a shot travel triangle. I explored everything and I set my mind to go with this agency. They are quite good. Well, management. I want to thanks, Shalini Ji and Kiran Ji. Just some points I want to clear Please carry BSNL sim or Airtel Sim card and carry cash if possible. Forgot the withdrawal option there. And make sure the motel you are staying has a proper wifi connection, In my case, I suffered. Andaman is a very beautiful place to explore. Himavat Destination earns my highest recommendation. Yes we are human not a machine so thoda boht galti her kisi say hota hain. Enjoy your trip . Cheers

My overall vacation experience was good with Travel Triangles, Agents were timely and polite they explained the itinerary pretty well , specially Yasith was great and accommodating. Drivers we met were polite as well their cabs were clean and tidy with good music ON all the time , it was always nice conversing with them. Few of the Hotel Staff we met were nice and helpful too. But there were few things I'd like to specify in particular which could have been better : 1. Hotels : Out of 3 Hotels 2 were mildly unsatisfactory reasons being cleanliness (Rooms/Restroom) , Food option, minimal services by Staff and Locations . 2. Cab Facilities : Drivers we met in all the locations were great! They were doing their job just right and probably just what they were instructed. But, we did not utilise Cab as much as we should have. Some of the Hotels booked in our itinerary were booked so close from our pickup point that Cab was not necessary at all, for this least Travel Triangle should offer transportation to restaurant somewhere out rather than asking for payment if we want a trip to place where we can eat just because it wasn't in the itinerary - Minimal Cab was utilised in Havelock Island. 3. Itinerary could have been prepared a bit better : Ferries were booked in such a way that our Entire Day 4 was at the HOTEL in Port Blare , Nothing was planned and no cab facilities were provided that day after we reached to the hotel. Ferry from Neil was in the morning - couldn't do anything there and after reaching to Port Blare for any Cab assistance extra charge would have been levied Trip felt like even after paying 75k we spent way too much by ourselves and did not utilise all the Money I spent.

My trip was almost excellent except following few facts- - we had a horrible experience with the agent at Havelock Mr. Amit. He didn't not met us for single time or guided our trip nor telephoned us. This is not expected from a agent anyway. The driver of the allocated car was one step above of Mr. Amit.He asked extra money of 1200/ for dropping us to a hotel which is half km away from our hotel Haywizz beach resort. This may be looked upon and do the needful. The agent from Summer vacation, Mr. Bala is excellent. I never find agent like him ,he is so co operative, polite in behaviour, co ordinated entire tour of A & N trip,but, he was present himself at Port Blair only. I would like have another trip near future under his guidance. Best memories of the trip I would say the crystal clear water of Neil Island, hospitality of the agent & driver.

Tour was organised well and exactly as per itinerary, but there were lots of communication gap between the agents at different islands, the drivers and us. The cruise tickets were not booked beforehand, so timing of the cruises were not given until last moment and we even had to travel at times by govt ferry even after being promised private cruise at all transfer. The name n number of the pick up drivers were not shared beforehand, nor did they come with placards, so locating them became a major issue at all changing points. So after reaching we had to call the agents in-charge everytime, moreover a lot of network issue was there so contacting agents to locate the drivers were a big problem. All the drivers spoke so less that they were unable to clearly communicate the rules and regulations of various places and its implications, which made us ending up with hefty fine. We really had an amazing and memorable experience. We had all are arrangements done by deamz Yatra. They were really helpful and checking on us even there was a scarcity of network. All the pickups were on time . We didn't had to go through any type of hustle. As we were new to the place, the members of dreamz yatra guide us really well. Special thanks to Hrishit to all his efforts in giving us such an incredible experience in Andamans. Looking forward to have some more trips with you all if are open to any other places. The hotel in port blair have small room, rest everything else was fine. Enjoyed alot in Andaman. Mr. Arun the transport manager sent the car as per our timings if informed in advance which was a good part.

Andaman was an amazing place for me and my family.The first day we stayed in Port Blair at the Airport Hotel Inn. The employees were nice and helpful and our representative at Port Blair was good person. He understood what we were looking for and guided us well. Our stay at Port Blair was pleasant. The next day we had to take a Government ferry to Neil Island. Though I wish it was a private cruise as it takes almost 2.5 hours to reach Neil Island from Port Blair. However our day in Neil Island was a bit testy. We were tired and once we reached Neil our representative was nice to suggest us some tender coconut before we headed to our hotel. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort which was amazing with the pool. The food wasn't that great sadly but the stay was good and comfortable and the staff was helpful as well. It was a pleasant stay. But due to odd timings in arriving the islands we miss out on a lot of views . Then our driver took us to the Natural bridge and we had to meet up with him after an hour. We were 5minutes late from our appointed time and the driver made us wait while he dropped another group. His attitude was not pleasant and did not feel good. He drove pretty rashly too. Like we were most of the time flying out of our seats. That was not a good attitude and I am traveling with two elderly parents and a handicapped brother so it's not pleasant to ask us to wait . I wish I was informed that the transportation was limited and had to be shared even while taking a tour package. Based on that me and my agent could have planned. Half the time we were waiting and wasted away precious time when we could have seen something else. While we waited another driver came and I believe he was our actual representative . It was quite confusing. The second driver however was nice and patient and suggested us an amazing home-cooked seafood restaurant which I believe should be visited for those looking for good local seafood dishes. Our day ended without much incidents. The next day we headed to Havelock Island on the MakCruzz and that I must tell you was an amazing experience. The cruise ship was classy and the staff was very professional and I am grateful to Holiday guide for this particular cruise experience. My family was quite thrilled . We reached Havelock which is an amazing island . I would say the most happening Island. We stayed at the Havelock Holiday Inn Resort and that hotel I am sorry to say was a bad experience. The restaurant and the staff at the restaurant were good but the hotel staff was a bit arrogant with attitude. We had opted for two rooms with garden facing but the rooms we got were at the end of the corridor with no view whatsoever and the room Me and my mom stayed in was I believe still under construction. There was no headboard, the flush was not working as the other room and no hot water. That was an unpleasant stay. I had gone and asked for change in room and they obliged to change but only for the next day. It was uncomfortable. The beauty of Havelock however covered all the bumps of the stay. Me and my brother had opted for scuba dive and trust me l, it's worth doing a scuba dive in Havelock. Life under the sea is so different and magical. It was well worth it. On our final day when we checked out of the hotel it started raining non stop and my family was very disappointed with the staff behaviour. They provided us no umbrellas to help us reach our car . I asked them to atleast help my elder brother to the car and no one was in sight. That was rude . Its like once we check out we are no longer important. That attitude as well as the manager I believe was unprofessional in this manner. It was quite an unhappy experience at the hotel .we pay so much to have a good vacation not to bear with the attitude of the employees. I strongly would not recommend a stay in Havelock Holiday Inn Resort. Our representative in Havelock was a nice person and we had a pleasant journey with his guidance. The cruise back to Port Blair was again a mess. We were travelling in A cruise by Green ocean but we had economy seats which I was not aware meant that we would be sitting at the ship's lower deck without any windows which was quite suffocating. That was pathetic. I had to go to the person in charge and request for an upgrade and had to pay more to be seated upstairs. The rest of the journey was then pleasant. Our overall experience I would say was a mix between good and bad. There was something bad but there was something good that compensated for the same. However I wish it would not be so as it is a vacation and I wish the agents will take that into consideration. Any thing that I have mentioned strongly against I make my stand on that. The glass boat we took in Neil Island was beautiful and was well worth experiencing. The blue calm beaches of Havelock and Holiday Inn Resort at Neil Island . The scuba dive in Havelock is well worth experiencing.

All together the trip was awesome and we enjoyed a lot. Only in Havelock, the agent ARIF KHAN was little irresponsive person and the Day 2 in Havelock was not planned well. Please re think before assigning any duty to him. The elephant beach was closed from many days due to bad weather and it was not informed to us till the last moment. Also, the snorkeling was banned from a month due to some reason, and the same was not informed to us by TAT (Shashikanth) also. If it is known, we could have planned something else for the day. Except these, the tour was fantastic. Now I am waiting for Refund, as agreed by the travel agent.

All hotels was very good & Havelock's hotel was extremely good. Behaviour is very nice and if any problem help for us any time. Our Andaman Tour Feel like awesome and make very comfortable with Travel Triangle and Lazy Yatra. Thank you so much for make our journey enjoyable and comfortable.

We had a really good time in Port Blair and Havelock. However, a lot of our time was wasted in Neil Island. The tour coordinator was no where to be seen, there was no information on the activities in Bharatpura beach. We were additionally charged for the glass bottom boat ride in Neil island. We have called the tour coordinator and asked, he told it was not included, even when we told him to check the itinerary. When we have complained the same to our tour coordinator in Port Blair regarding the refund was given. When enquiring for quotes and itinerary preparation, Lazy Yatra have not put forward more beautiful places to see in Port Blair. As a result we have wasted one day in Neil island, which could have utilized to cover more interesting places in Port Blair. On the whole Port Blair and Havelock had very good tour coordinators who left us with good memories. Neil Island was a big disappointment. Kalapathar Beach is a must visit.

The Lazy yatra team was very well organized. Drivers and agents were very polite and helpful. I traveled to Andaman with them and they delivered what's told. Fully satisfied with the service and itenary was successfully implemented . The trip was very good overall and satisfying. Enjoyed it thoroughly!
