Kindly refer to the trip It is to inform you that I have cancelled my dinner cruise in that trip which was booked earlier. However when I asked for refund the executive of Aeroplane hospitality refused that refund is not given in the case of on the spot cancellation as it is the company policy. However I have informed him in one day advance. When I asked whose policy it is they have not replied. I have also sent a message through whatsapp in your company but no reply. Kindly refund my money.

Villa was comfortable and nice. Staff were courteous too. Place is very near to the beech, restaurants and Many attractions. Only, on the we were leaving, our flight was in the evening but we had to check out by 12 Noon as the Villa Supervisor could not provide even a small accommodation for a couple of hours extra..

I asked for a English speaking driver. They gave me a hindi driver. Last day cab was changed but I was not informed. The cab was in a very bad condition. The driver dropped me in the airport at 2.30pm for 7.30pm flight. He didn't stop anywhere for lunch after my request. It was disppointing. Some more places could have been added in the itenary.

Had a great family trip. My wife and kids were very happy with the trip. The Hotel (Santana Beach Resort, Candolim ) was very neat & clean. The bed, the linen, were clean & hygienic. The food was awesome and with lot of variety in breakfast menu. I received continuous support from Mr. Aman from Maximum Holidays DMC . The daily tours were well coordinated. All the cab drivers were well-versed and very helpful. Looking forward to another trip with Travel Triangle soon !!!!

Kunal's 6 days trip to Goa

Although the overall trip was great but the first resort that we booked (Riva beach resort), we had a poor experience especially regarding the room services, providing essentials like water and towels. On the day of checkin we were told that the key of the room is misplaced so we had to go lunch with all our belongings lying in an apparently open room. The room services repeatedly were found to be deficient. Restaurant was not serving lunch as they had some wedding family residing in the resort and we had to eat outside. Location and pool along with pool staff was the only saving grace of this resort. The second resort (Cochicos) was the highlight of our trip as we enjoyed the stay there. The staff and room services were on point. Staff was polite and helpful in all regards. Overall a good experience but the the first resort is a big no for our future trips atleast

Overall okay. Hotel RK Habbana: Location beachfront. Good food/breakfast. No Tea/coffee maker in room as per Inclusion. Rat in rooms (We booked two rooms), Manager changed our rooms, still there was rat running in Attic space. Swimming pool under construction. Nanu resort: Great experience. Good for leisure. Great and tasty food/breakfast. CAB for South Goa: Driver refuses to cover Dona Paula and Panjim Market, Church at the end as it is not covered as per his package . Covered only Mangueshi Temple, Basilica of Bom Jesus and Sahakari Spice Farm.

Komal was very helpful in customization the itinerary as per the needs. She is very polite. Riva beach doesn't have power backup though it is a 4 star hotel. there was a power down for 13 hrs, it spoiled our day and it became worse with children. Both Kalkti and Riva resorts should be providing more dishes options for Jain foods. I remember in Kalki over the dinner, we had to wait for 20 mins for chapatis. Other guests were allowed to cooking area and get chapatis. They should not allow this. And respect every guest in similar ways.

Thanks all for the wonderful trip we had with our family. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Goa! The restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) . We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special; a true sample of excellent hospitality!More.. Looking forward for many trips with travel triangle.. I went to Goa first time and my package was booked by Goa originals. Overall it was a good trip and agents were reachable over the call for all my queries. I stayed in both North Goa and South Goa and the stay was good. Cabs and drivers were also good.Dinner cruise was there in my package and it was fine but the food served was not upto the mark but the live music was good part of the ride.So someone planning can choose dinner cruise at Deltin royal or big daddy casino. My agent booked hotels which were not in close proximity to the airport so before booking hotels please ensure that the hotels should be nearer to the airport as there are two airports in Goa. Water sports activities provided to me were not deserving as the service was not good at the activitiy place.Onsite coordinator are good as they will help you in arranging the things for you . On hotels part, i stayed in bells beach resort which is was overall a good stay but the food options in dinner buffet was not good on the other hand I stayed in hotel colva kinara in South Goa where the food was good and the taste resemble the north Indian food. I went to cruise on my birthday and it was most pleasant birthday evening I ever had. Music was good and it was a nice experience if I exclude the served food.
