Hotel - Room was small. Also service was reactive (Out of 4 days stay, I had to ask for towels twice). Service request compliance (service delivery without reminders) was good though. There was goof up for Day 3 pick up (Abu Dhabi trip). Due to delayed pick up (by 45 minutes) and vehicle quality issue (vehicle had to be changed on the way), we had to drop visit to Warner Brothers Park. Also, there was no response by agent to a request for early airport drop on the last day.

Dubai tour was good except stay. Hotel stay was not up to mark, they provided room with attached twin bed. It was not comfortable. Breakfast was also with limited options. Itinerary was well planned and went as per plan. During dessert safari guide was bit rude though, I had to cancel my atv ride due to him. Also Cruise pickup guy dropped us to wrong location which reduced cruise time for us.

The trip to Dubai was a most memorable moment for us. Thank you so much Transclick team and Travel Triangle for such a splendid experience. Special Thanks to Vishal for his restless efforts to ensure we had a hassle free trip. I would like to apologize him for troubling him a lot during finalization of iterniary. However he was calm and understanding to ensure our needs were met. There are some suggestions though to which would help to improve your services. The final voucher should be read and understood instead of sending to the group over an email or whats app. This would help to understand each other and would avoid confusion and the group should be clarified in detail what's included in the package and what is excluded. Also during the start of the particular day of the trip the trip advisor present for the day with the group should give a brief idea for the day. It was nightmare for us to hunt for ticket counter at Dubai Mall to get tickets for Bhurj Khalifa. Anyways overall it was splendid experience. Good job team. We are also thankful to Pakistani drivers and trip advisor who helped us ensure we complete our trip in a timely manner. Thier efforts to ensure we do not miss the first day at Cruise due to delay in flights. Thank you so much team. Every day was special for us it is difficult to select any particular day or memory. However Cruise, Ferrari and WB was the best.

Overall trip was good but there are a couple of areas which needs improvement. My interaction started with travel agent which was smooth. She helped in providing the details as and when requested. But I think she could have provided kore real time information to customer . For example Abu dhabi trip was initially discussed as half-day trip but when voucher was provided it becomes full day. Travel agent did not discuss the same. The agency managing the itinerary in Dubai had lot of gaps with respect to time. The time mentioned in the schedule was not followed and drivers used to come for pick up too early. Every time the agency provided wrong address to the drivers. Couple of drivers were not up to the mark .Especially during Dubai city tour the person skipped some place and did not even stop 5 mins at a stop when asked. Abu dhabi tour vehicle condition was horrible. Miracle garden & global village tickets didn’t work we have to reach out to the local agency to get new tickets. The dhow cruise booked initially was also horrible. Travel triangle should look into the feedback and select vendors carefully as it will ruin customer experience. The best trip was the desert safari. Both the vehicle and driver were great!!!
