The agent, Dream Tours, were involved to a good extent and the ground staff was prompt with all communications.       The 5-day Singapore trip, meticulously planned by Abroad Vacations, was an absolute delight. The OnTrip app proved to be an invaluable companion, streamlining the entire experience. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, and the local arrangements were impeccable. The daily suggestions provided byy the team were particularly helpful in planning our days effectively. However, there were a few instances where the vehicle details shared on the app diverged from the actual vehicle provided. While this didn’t significantly impact the trip, it did create some confusion. It would be beneficial if the app could be updated with real-time vehicle information to enhance the overall experience.       Singapore was on my list of destinations for my kiddo ever since he was born. Now that he turned 6, we decided to travel to Singapore . We searched and found "House of Travellers" through Travel triangle , and our adventure began. @Richa was super helpful right from the start. Listening patiently to my needs, giving great suggestions wherever needed, booking my flight as well as making all the other plans, it was a totally smooth transaction throughout. The visa took a really long time, and was making me nervous, but she kept her calm and assured me constantly that it wouldn't be a problem at all. I finally got our visa just about 5 days before our departure! Our journey began from Pune airport itself, and Richa and her team were in constant touch with us. A WhatsApp thread was started by her with her team in Singapore and all the pick ups and drops were on time. The planning was perfect, and we got enough free time to roam around a bit on our own, as well as see all the tourist attractions. My son absolutely enjoyed every minute of the trip! We were there for 6 days and not a moment was son was bored! Thank you Richa, we'll be doing more trips with you for sure!

      Overall experience in Singapore was good. However, some observations/suggestions: 1) No guidance was given by the agency i.e. Nam ho at the attractions...it was merely a pick and drop service and we were on our own. 2) One of the driver i.e. Mr. Vardha was very rude and misbehaved with us. 3) Visit to 2 attractions was cancelled. However, refund for only 1 attraction has been received from Travel Triangle..that too after rigorous follow up. I must say that the experience with Travel Triangle has not been very good.
