I had the best experience to Bhutan. Mrs.Khina did an exceptionally well with our trip and her team was so great. Our guide Tashi and driver Keshav was so amazing that we felt so good that at last we didn't felt like going back. Bhutan Inc is just beyond words and the work Mrs. Khina did was impeccable. And they even gave us small surprise by sending a anniversary cake for my parents. We all felt like home in Bhutan. An amazing place with this kind of service made everything just perfect. Hotels were upto the Mark but the food and break fast options so were so Minimal. They have has so very less options and it was the same for 2 days with no variety. Even though there were very less guests at the given day/time the break fast and the food were not upto the mark/Satisfactory.

Overall experience was good. We felt lost the first day due to poor communication from agents and we had to followup on few things ourself. You guys need to take ownership rather than putting it back on travel agent. You should work behind the scenes and update us. Otherwise there is no point in booking through your company if i have to do all followup myself. These are just few points where i thought you guys should work on. The driver and the guide after 1st Day were too good and hotels were of great quality.

Eavanshi's 8 days trip to Bhutan

The overall trip was great. Our agency Bhutan Inc coordinated very well with us and always provided timely updates. They provided with insurance and e-permit beforehand so that it took us just 10 mins for our entry. The Bhutan immigration office is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. So make sure that you reach there well within the time range as it can sometimes take time depending on the volume. All they need is your passport and copy of your insurance, nothing else is required if you have your e-permit pre-made. The overall travel cost was high due to entry fees for every dzong and monastery (approx Rs. 1000 per monastery per person). Punakha Dzong and Tiger Nest are a MUST VISIT. You should definitely buy the passes and visit them. Dochula Pass and Chelela Pass are beautiful. Please do not forget to add them to your itinerary. We visited during New Year, and it was freezing, so make sure you have all your woolen clothes and inner. Most of the hotels have heaters, so it will be a comfortable stay. Hotels : White Dragon in Punakha is not recommended (bad wifi and heaters) and Namgay Resort in Paro is HIGHLY recommended. Overall, a great experience.

We had an amazing trip, but few things I would have preferred otherwise to make it perfect. 1st we were unaware about the location of the hotels at Thimphu which would be great if the agent told us beforehand. 2nd we were also unaware of the sight seeing which cost a significant amount and since ATM service is almost non existent it's difficult for people to go to the location all of a sudden. Thankfully we were carrying enough cash. Best thing is Tigers Nest. Must visit

She was very caring and checked our experience at each stage to ensure we were comfortable. She was very candid and helpful in taking care of all documentation like e permit, travel insurance, guide, cab etc. Would highly recommend Sumitra for her customer centricity. The cab arranged was neat and clean, the guide Bijay Gurang was very knowledgeable and helpful, our driver Uphar was very courteous and nice too. Same driver and guide remained with us for entire week so it was very important to have good people. We also met Khina who is the owner for Bhutan Inc Tours and Travel. The entire team is a group of young people all with a clear mission to make your Bhutan experience memorable. Overall we had a great family trip and would highly recommend all these people if you ever plan a trip to Bhutan. Lastly, we had a good experience with the Travel Triangle team too. Mayank from their team was in touch with us. The team was transparent about their charges and rates. Though we didn't have any escalations to reach out to them for, but the team was always available and helpful.
