The trip planned by Travel agent Sarika was good ,hotels were good but one hotel in Kuta Best western was not well maintained. Rest all things were really impressive, the itinerary and Desa swan hotel was impressive. Our driver Madi was very polite. Desa swan resorts was really beautiful, services impeccable , we regretted spending only 2 days there. Kecak dance and other activities were really enjoyed by us. Looking forward to more trips with you.

This was my first solo trip and i had the best time. The service throughout was amazing. The hotels were one of the best. Alindra Villa was the best. I had my own private pool which was mind blowing. The driver Darma was very welcoming and helpful. Maybe a little more English proficiency would have helped but nothing that google couldn't solve. Online translators helped a lot. But i have to say without his help i would not have enjoyed my trip. I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle and use it again for my next trip. Thank you so much AB Tourism and STS travels as well.

It was an amaging experience. Thanks to travel triangle to make the trip easy. . Candle light dinner at anvaya beach was not good because option was limited and less quantity of food. Nusa penida beach was awesome and river rafting at ayung river was also good.

Trip was not planned very properly as there were few places which are easily can be covered in a day but because of time not planned properly we did not able to cover Nusa penida

She was asked countless questions by me just being curious and cautious as we were travelling for the first time there but she was patient as a teacher to explain and clarify each and every doubt. going above and beyond to ensure your customer feel safe even before travelling the trip is a differentiator to me and Shilpi did an excellent job on that. The bookings, hotel and everything was smooth except for the cab driver part where he was always late than committed time and the quality of the cab (could have been better) . Mostly I will def recommend this tour agent for Bali as the know the local aspects and can make your bali experince WONDERFUL

Mr. Sunil was not up to date with the itternairy of the travel. The travel plan shared by him was different than the travel plan that the local travel agent and drive had. Moreover, after repeatedly informing him to arrange for massage in our plan, he did not. He also stopped responding to our calls and msg from day 4.

Thank you so much Travel Triangle for making our Bali trip a memorable experience. Awesome planning & execution work by Mannan in ensuring everything possible. There are so many hidden costs like entry fee to Nusa Penida(after you get down from Fast boat), Multiple parking fees, etc. which we thought were not included in our trip amount was surprisingly truly all inclusive. Small finer details like, any travel company will do is like have a name plate on your name at the arrival area which you have to search but in Travel Triangle, they take the photos at every departure point & send them to the person who picks you up at destination place. Hence, before you search them, they find you out and your journey becomes seamless. Our driver at Nusa Pendia was so good that, he kept on looking for us till we boarded the fast boat while we returned(he could have just left after he dropped off at harbor but he stayed back to ensure our safety). He showed us all attraction points and was climbing on tree branches just to ensure, he is clicking right photographs for us which no other place i have seen such kind of service. We always thought, that, we have to wait for 4hours to take 01 photo at Lempuyang Temple. But, here goes the surprise, there is a beautiful spot couple of kms away from the temple. You can find agents who will charge you extra to drive you there, then 4*4 jeep charges inclusive, take as many photographs you want in those beautiful spots. You will spend 2hours minimum in this additional spot but by the time you come back, your queue will be done and may be with 30mins waiting, your turn for that photograph will come. The Risata resort where we stayed was suggested by Mannan & we truly appreciate his knowledge and thankful to him. This resort is attached to another Indian restaurant named Annapurna where the guests from other near by hotels like Holiday Inn etc. were coming to have every day dinner. We are really happy with the end to end service, planning & execution done by Travel Triangle & Mannan. We will definitely recommend everyone to go with them. The company may be sounds like a start up but truly takes care of their guests/customers like their own family. Thank you so much Travel Triangle and especially Mannan.

Overall, the trip was average. I would say it could have been planned better. Since this was my honeymoon trip, I would have expected it to be little hassle free. The places that were planned to visit, we were rushed to those places. We couldn’t enjoy any place. The driver was always in the hurry (except for the last day). Choice of places to visit could have been better. Instead of just going to view points to click a photo, I would have appreciated if I could enjoy the beauty of the place for a couple of hours atleast. The decoration that was requested in the hotels were not there (Asvara didn’t have any decoration). Mahesh from Befikre ghumo was constantly in touch with me and helped me troubleshoot some of the problems, but again major problem was with the planning of the itinerary. Everyday was tiring for us because of the way it was planned. The candle light dinner was also super hectic for us as we were directly taken to the beach for candle light dinner from the airport. This isn’t a good planning (although my flight was rescheduled but still I have given the heads up 3-4 days before). The spa session that was planned for me was planned in the morning after breakfast (I don’t think so if anyone would prefer spa after breakfast). I had to let the spa session go and spent 4k INR for a separate session at Asvara. Good part of the trip were the choice of hotels (little bit of hiccups were there with respect to the rooms at Sadara but that was still manageable). We barely spent any time going to the waters on the beach. For Snorkelling also, it took 3 hours which wasn’t required (all the points were exactly same). Due to this, we were again rushed to all the spots in Nusa Penida island and skipped Crystal Bay. The ground staff (Ms. Yuli and driver Mr. Kadek) behaved rudely on one day when we had to go to Nusa Penida and they constantly bugged us till the time we left the hotel. Although we were on time as per the itinerary. I would prefer to plan a trip on my own the next time so that it’s a relaxing trip instead of a hassle The private transfers, condition of the car, choice of hotels, Bali as a destination are among the good memories from the trip.

The trip was well made by Desi Yatri but the itinerary we discussed was changed when it came from bali ,any way it was sorted out .Sadara resort was amazing for 3days but the deluxe room in Ramada are the basic room with no balcony ,sofa and moving space .we upgraded it with paying extra with balcony facing the pool.lavender spa was dirty with no view for which we were told there will be a sea view ,the bath was given in a dirty bathroom in the bathtub .Though the spa was for 2 hrs but it was finished in 11/2 hrs .when I told them ,they gave 15mins foot massage to compensate .The romantic dinner supposed to be organised on the beach was not on beach but in a good hotel restaurant Prana ,and the food was v tasty and the ambience was beautiful.Bali is a v beautiful place and we came with lovely memories .I want to thank Astha for organising it . Sadara resort in Nusa Dua is a great property with private beach and pool .the staff is v courteous .we enjoyed every moment in it .The driver used to be v punctual but v rigid ,we had asked for a change but it was not done

We visited Bali for the first time. We randomly checked travel triangle to see the packages but the hard work, consistent follow ups and customisation of tour packages multiple times as per our need led to finally making our plan successful. Wanderbirds agents are very patient, they suggested is right sight seeing places. Booked family friendly hotels as we were traveling with our little daughter. The experience was seemless. Bali is lovely country with good people. Had great experience. Would definitely visit back. Special thanks to Suparna and Raunak for all the support. We had our best time in Gili T. A must visit place to all Bali travellers.

It's going to be the most memorable trip of my life.
