Well planned trip, destinations and hotels chosen wisely. One important sector to improve is the driver's knowledge about routes, roads and destination places. Driver should be well acquainted with Rajasthan map. Rest all good, enjoyed the trip. Watching wide cities from top point of forts.

Overall very nice and memorable trip. Two suggestion I have: 1. Tents in Sand Dumes should be near to highway. Our Tent which was Stay Inn was very inwards from main highway. 2. Hotel Heeralal in Bikaner was in very great but very far from Fort due to which we missed the local life near Fort. Enjoyed Royal Fort experience, Puppet show, Light show and Dessert safari..

We were not able to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the vehicle breakdown and late arrival of driver. The hotel in Jaipur was located in a Muslim area and they had blocked the road for the whole 2 days for some function. So, for everything we had to go to main road by walking as no vehicle was allowed near the hotel. Jaisalmer desert safari was the best.

Nimesh's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

The trip began on a horrid note. Reached Click Collection to be told that I've no booking and there are no rooms to check in. Upon deliberation and few calls, the reception guy told Yes you have a booking but it was made late last night and that too on tentative basis. Sat there for some time and asked the receptionist if there is any room available on payment basis, he agreed readily and asked for Rs 3000 as a variance amount. Didn't provide either the official Tariff card of the Hotel or the Bill for the amount. He agreed to a complimentary Breakfast. But we were constantly humiliated at the Dining Room because this receptionist didn't convey our terms to the staff. Next day when I asked to shift my luggage to my regular booking, another guy at the reception promised that we can stay in the same room as we've already paid. I insisted that my room be changed as I didn't want any more argument but he said No sir it won't be necessary. To this I told whatever be the case, if you wish to change my room kindly inform me on call prior to changing the room. When I came back in the night my luggage was shifted to another room without informing me. The room toilet was filthy and the bedsheets dirty. Next day when I checked out I asked for the bill of Rs 3000 which I had paid, this time the lady at the reception refused rudely telling that the invoice will be shared with your travel agent. When your travel begins on such a bad note you don't expect much in the rest of the tour. But to the credit of Travel Agent he was able to assure that our remaining trip was comfortable. Nobody from the TT team contacted even once and the number mentioned next to Abu Turab remained switched off in the time of need. The Cab Driver was very good and his services impressed me the most.

The whole trip was organised in such a meticulous way. Prajakta was the primary point of contact who came up promptly with the customized itenerary as per our requirements and was so swift in getting back. Chirag was our secondary point of contact who constantly was in touch with us as well and arranged a hassle free trip. Special credits to the hotels they had booked for us. It was just amazing. Special mention to Kalu bhaiya who was our driver and guide throughout our trip. He was so supportive, down to earth and an amazing human being we came accross. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS ANNIVERSARY TRIP SO MEMORABLE. This has to be Dessert Valley, Jaisalmer Sam Sam dunes

The booking of trip was seamless with the travel agent.Price was good. The stay at kuchman haveli was not a great experience..food was bad. The stay at chndragan excellency was great and nice food. The agent was reachable all the time and made process easier.Would recommend their services. Points to improve Driver should be more flexible.Driver avoided the last day programme saying that we had to go by auto, and confirmed that he would take us to a village on the way to same. But on the way he said there is no such village. At Jaisalmer we had to provide food and shelter money.
