The overall trip and stay was amazing. Just one improvement area - The hotel in Colombo was not at all upto the standard. It was dirty and the food service was disastrously slow. Apart from this we had a wonderful time.

I had the most wonderful time in Srilanka. Such a beautiful country. It was the perfect escape from the busy city we live in. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. Credits to Gishan for giving me exactly what I asked for, the best hotels and a relaxing trip. Special thanks to Francis, our tour guide. He was super polite and friendly. Our favourite stay was at Heritance kandalama. Definitely worth the buck. The best memory has to be climbing the sigriya rock while it was raining. Thank you Ceylon holiday connections for this. The booking experience with Trip Travel Hub was good, but i recommend people to get activity included properly in the itinerary as driver cum guide follow that only. Our Chauffeur Mr.Sugath was punctual & polite through the trip. I recommend people to search & get activity included in the itinerary. You need to push them for covering your activity else they will cover the default activity. Kandy was boring for us as tooth relic temple , spice garden all were boring according to our taste. As requested trip travel hub were unable to arrange train ticket which was spoiler. But drive towards Nuwara eliya was good & Sita Amma temple visit was also good. Drive towards bentota was very hectic as it took 7hours or whole day. Best part of our trip was at Benota, Beaches were awesome , clean & relaxing. There are many hotel on beaches you can search yourself & dont include dinner with hotel. You can stay near Hikkaduwa beach & then there are many eateries to explore for local fish cuisine. There are many beaches so you can plan 3 night stay at benota also. Turtle Hatchery was worth the cost. Madu river safari was also good. All in all good experience. If you like beaches more you can stay in benota area for your whole 4 or 5 night trip. Mr.Kavindu was good with our booking & answering our query. Only issue we faced was getting itinerary modified as per our requirement.

I have already filled up the requisite testimony in the provided format and handed over to the chauffeur. Eliya Nuwara was the best destination but hotel should have been in the town itself. Similarly in Colombo. Enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks for providing the services of Mr. Sujith, who was exceptionally co-operative and apt.

Trip was all good.. We enjoyed Sri Lanka.. But i guess travel agent should be listening us promptly and solving our query asap.. As hotels at few places were not upto mark and we complained him too but there was no positive reply from his side! Best memories were made in kandy trincomale and nuwara ellya We simply loved local Sri Lankan cuisine! And the best part was we covered all the seasons in 1 season! Beautiful place!

***The Good Experience*** 1. Prasanna helped us plan the trip, he is a humble person, and always available to clear our queries. 2. The driver Shanuka was also good, can speak english well and was helpful. 3. All the hotels were good , however in the bentota hotel, we faced some power problem during day time as they had limited diesel and wanted to use it at night for backup. 4. Even though there were large queues at petrol pump, since we were international tourists, we were given priority and did not had to wait much during refueling. Overall the trip well well except the below bad experience. ***The Bad Experience*** 1. Our 100 USD got stolen, and is most likely by the boat driver of Madhu Ganga Boat Safari at Mangrove Cave Hotel. We have strong reason to believe so, as he made us stop at buddha temple island even though it was not an official stop, asking us to keep the handbag in boat which we wanted to keep with us, then going back to boat with our slippers when we were in temple. He also had other foreign currencies like INR, when we asked the source, he didn't say anything. We realized this next day, otherwise we could have confronted. I would recommend to never take tourists to Mangrove Cave Hotel for boat safari, instead take them to some other operator. 2. We had difficulty in getting the remaining LKR exchanged at airport for USD, as given the crisis, limited exchanges were having USD and they were asking for receipt of USD to LKR exchange (which we didn't had). After many requests one exchange agreed to exchange our LKR for EUR. Would recommend tourists to always exchange from a authorized exchange and keep the receipt securely. ***Overall Experience*** I will still give SHA travels a 5 star rating as trip was largely well managed and hotels were good. I would like more tourists to visit Sri Lanka with a broader mind and help them revive their economy

We enjoyed our trip to Sri Lanka. I am thankful to Udaani for giving us good deal and taking care for us while our stay in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately our return flight got cancelled. Udaani travels helped us extend our checkout time to stay in sthe ame hotel and also provided with Cab service to spend our time shopping,sightseeing in Columbo on last day. Hotels were good and everything went smooth.

Mixed feelings. While the travel agent Sithara was very good and responsive the hotels provided at Nuwara Eliya, Sigiriya and Negambo were bad with no proper food facilities. The hotels at Kandy and Ella were good. The transportation was very good. The driver was friendly. They should review the choice of hotels and the tourists should not feel short changed.

Nadeesh from N tours had serviced our requirement . The trip was enjoyable with many great memories, however there were a few drawbacks as my travel driver cum guide , skipped a few of the sights and didn’t realise ‘guide for sightseeing ’ Was included in the trip cost. He also changed the driver in between the tour , with someone who was still learning . Hotel arrangements and attention to details were done right , over all trip was satisfactory.

Overall Trip was great. But then the Itinerary given and actual were way different. Missed on few prime locations as the the place were way too far and not on the way. One of the hotel was extremely bad. Hotel Mount Heaven. The Hotel locations were also not in prime location.The agent was not at all helpful during the trip. I had done a trip earlier with Travel Triangle which was way better. I am disappointed this time!
