      Giving 4 star only because of the travel agent ayush from pocket friendly vacations. He helped us plan the trip and provided quick response whenever required. Our trip was to Mauritius for 7 days. Their local team sucks. Not helpful and no response on time. They gave no proper updates and i had to followup with them all the time. Cab drivers on the other hand were very nice and friendly and assisted us everytime.

      The Trip for Mauritius was Awesome Fabulous at Outrigger Hotels was great the staff was Humble gentle .The only problem vegetarian Food chapatti ,Tandoori Roti ,Parattha was Not Good at Request also was available but not upto mark .Rest experience of Outrigger was outstanding the place peaceful well Design .we plan for another Trip again at Same place . The was like Awesome

      Mauritius was a most awaited trip for us and Travel Triangle, Craft Holidays really made sure a smooth arrangement. Satinder Kaur really helped us customize and plan the trip as per our interest. She provided us with sufficient and wonderful options of hotels for stay along with complete itinerary. The local sightseeing arrangements were also perfect and there were no hassles in coordinating with cab or hotel in Mauritius.       This is Satish Gawade. I had been to Mauritius last week only along with my beloved wife Archana, Brother Dileep and his wife Kavita. We had a very nice time in Mauritius, we spent 7 days over there. Completed almost all activities like Submarine, Casela, Walk with Lions, Catamaran Cruise, Island, Water Activities ( Under Sea Walk, Parasailing, Tube Riding). Also completed North and South Tour with lot of adventures activities. Many thanks to Ankita Mishra from Travel Triangle & Ramsha from Travel Tales. Both have planned and executed this tour very nicely. We have not faced any issue at all. Hotel Ravenala Attitude was too good, very nice services and hospitality. We met other couples as well from India, we were lucky as we could complete all activities with lower expenses and high quality. Thanks Ramsha and Ankita. Submarine, Walk with Loin, Under sea walk

      Overall the trip was very mediocre. Property was not at all recommendable to VEGITARIAN families. Included breakfast and lunch to the package was not at all worthy. Property is advised for UK and US travelers as there were N no of options for them. Lows: Food - Had to really struggle for good vegetarian food even after paying handsome amount of 1.4 lakhs. Honeymoon freebies - Fruit platter & bottle of house sparkling wine in room on day of arrival: 3 apples + bottle of wine even mush better fruit options were there for breakfast buffet + We had to request the hotel staff twice to do the flower decoration eventually got the decoration done on our 3rd day of stay and after reminding them twice. Service Pack (sightseeing): - Vendor was not very open to any kind of modifications in itinerary. We wanted to change the order like north tour was planned for Monday we wanted to swipe it with Wednesday only but vendor was not open for those modifications at all. - For most of the activities only the entry fees i.e. hardly 6-7% of the actual activities cost was included in the package. - We were not informed that Saturday is a half day for Mauritius and due to this wasted the very first day as most of the places were already closed. first day was complete waste. Personally i would not recommend Craft Holidayz to anyone. Better explore others please.

      We got a very competitive rate from Aga travels and decided to go with them. But many information wasn't properly communicated to us and to the hotel. 1. We had to fill a health decalartion form for mauritius which delayed us as we weren't informed by Aman. I had asked him if any such formalities and he said no. At mauritius airport most people had it filled and said their agent asked them to. 2. We had asked if we should get a SIM and he recommended against it, this made it hard for us to reach to driver and we had to do international roamin recharge. 3. We had asked to request sea view rooms from hotel, we didn't get that and quite possibly it wasn't requested. 4. We had asked for honeymoon freebies and the same wasn't communicated to hotel. We asked hotel staff and somehow they managed somehow dinner on same date and decorations on another date. 5. The north/south tour arranged by different operators are very different. Met some friends there who had many more places included in their tour. Hotel food wasn't great and taking All inclusive here was a mistake as the selection for liquor in the included package was pretty bad.
