The whole trip was planned ok. But as the date of travel came closer, there was no timely response from the travel agent. I had to repeatedly go back and forth with them asking them about this and that arrangements, and their response was not as desirable. Apart from that , the cab driver was very good, the whole trip was carried on as prepared ,and the hotels were also ok . We brought back lots of happy memories from the trip ,as it was planned very nicely. We loved Bali and every little thing about the place. And if in our stars, we would definitely wanna visit again and visit the other beautiful places that we couldn't cover this time.

We booked trip to Bali in Sep 2022 with family (with 2 children) and friends through Travel triangle. Our agent for the trip were ALS Destinations. The entire team from ALS Destinations were very cordial and helpful. I herby extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Pooja and Mr. Manpreet from ALS for there endeavor and support at all levels. At the same time, I will also mention the insincerity and take for granted approach from Travel Triangle, specially Ms. Bhoomika Mishra from Travel Triangle. The behavior and attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after the payment made towards them. I do not recommend anyone to choose Travel Triangle as your Travel partner or Trip advisor. With gratitude towards ALS Destinations, we had a fun trip with family and friends for 6N7D luxury package starting 28th Sep 2022. The first two properties at Umae and Lembogan island were excellent and our family completely enjoyed the stay. The Hotel at Kuta was satisfactory, although we were expecting to have the same at better location, near the beach and a better property. Our stay and tour programs were meticulously designed. The staff and people and drivers at Bali were very cordial and well behaved. They extended all there cooperation to make our trip enjoyable. Stay at Lembogan island was star attraction and we recommend everyone to keep it as a must itinerary. The cruise boat for the transfer to and fro Lembogan island were not so luxurious but it was satisfactory. Although we could not do many of the activities at the Lembogan island due to lack of time, we recommend to the readers to keep more time for the stay, so that many more activities can be accommodated at Lembogan and the Pontoon there. Areas for improvement: 1. Basic toiletries were missing at all properties. 2. Breakfast was very limited at Umae Villa. Quantity, Quality and Variety needed to be improved. 3. Transit flight via Bangkok shall be kept atleast 4 hrs of time difference. 4. The transfer "Cruise" was satisfactory. Better Cruises were available once we reached there. I sincerely hope this review shall be beneficial to the serious readers and travelers. All the best for your vacation.
