We had a family trip to Kerela arranged with GOD via the traveltriangle portal. Ms Loveneet was extremely helpful and understanding since the beginning of the process which made it much easier to chose them over other travel advisors. We had multiple stays and happy to agree that all hotels and transportation was well arranged in advance. She genuinely goes beyond the call of duty to make it a pleasant experience for us. She is transparent with the hotel options and pricing which let's us decide well about the kind of vacation we need and in budget. Overall it was a good trip and I am happy to recommend gateway of desire and Ms Loveneet for any travel planning.

Trip was good but the inputs from travel agent could have been better specially with regards to some of the hotels that were 3 stars. The agent was not easily reachable during the trip. Otherwise the overall management was decent in terms of driver, car etc

More than a review it is a constructive feedback. Travel triangle might want to enhance their work force to attend to the customer calls in emergency. I would say my experience with travel triangle as a platform was not so rewarding. Regarding the travel agent. They are a new team, who are learning with time. Our group was probably the first time the travel agents were handling a booking of this scale. With the initial hiccup of erroneous booking in a substandard hotel, they were quick to rectify their mistake and book an alternative better property. Special kudos to Madam Ritu Patra from Sunshine Vacations and Tourism, who was constantly in touch with us to make sure that our journey was going fine and was hassle free. However, I felt that there needs to be a better communication between the travel agent and the customer. A few instances: 1) We were not aware about the timings of availability of Chef at the Hotel in Cherai and Houseboat. The menu was limited. Though the property in Cherai, Sapphire Club Beach Resort, was excellent in terms of stay. The best part in House Boat was the food. 2) We were not aware about unavailability of Dinner facility in 'Hostess Thekkady' on Diwali evening. You don't want such hassles on a trip with elderly people along. Another important feedback is that, I would suggest guests to go for a good resort/ hotel in Alleppey instead of overnight stay at the House Boat. The quality of furnishing and Linen is not upto the mark in a typical Deluxe House Boat. Instead, one can choose evening and and morning rides to experience the backwaters. I too learnt as a guest. I would suggest travellers to research their stay arrangements adequately to have clarity on facilities they can expect at various properties. Thanks Waterfalls in Munnar, Stay at Cardamom County at Thekkady, Stay at Cherai Beach

I had booked a package through TravelTriangle agent namely Comfort Destinations (CD). But the experience with CD was poor. 1. CD missed to timely close all points from his end; therefore, the driver in Kerala miscommunicated with us and demanded extra cash for moving any further in Kochi. The final itinerary planned for my travel was not communicated to the driver; therefore the driver asked for extra cash for taking us to any sightseeing in Cochin. 2. I had requested several times in writing that we require only a Premium Houseboat in Alleppey backwater. But CD offered me a Deluxe Houseboat with AC installed therein (and informed me that the Deluxe Houseboat with AC is called as Premium Houseboat). Though we paid for Premium House but CD made us to stay in Deluxe houseboat. This houseboat had many other issues also like - (i) we were not given any AC remote to control room temperature, (ii) Power sockets in the room were broken and were risky, (iii) Fans in both rooms were noise because fans' bearings were broken inside.

Day 1 Munnar: Hotel is far way from main munnar. This is impossible to take dinner from outside. Hotel is good. Day 2 Munnar: Sight seeing is ok. Driver is very helpful. Water service is not available inside cab. Day 3 Thekkady: Hotel is outstanding, food is average. Day 4 Alleppey house boat: Below average quality of house boat. Staff are co-operative. Food is poor, they have fixed menu. Day 5 & 6: They have promised to give see facing room, but gave partial see facing budget room. We have to pay 2500/- extra for sea facing room. I have called agent but they said that please arranged your self. Overall experience is good but should be better if travel agency gave support us. Trip of Kanyakumari

I liked- the hotels. The itinerary. I didn't like- the unprofessional attitude shown by Mamta, the late responses by the team at travel unbounded and the no response by the travel triangle team. The cab driver was quite average too. He didn't give any worthy recommendation and the ones he gave- Jeep Safari, Alleppey long boat tour were very heavily priced.

Great experience and amazing Place. The Travel Agent Sagar was helpful throughout and easy to reach out to all the time. The Cab driver Ananth was very good and polite. The Hotels Aranyaka at Munnar and Kodai Lip at alleppy were the best. We went to Cherrai which i think was not required, the hotel was also not that great along with the location. You should skip cherrai if planning your trip.

I travelled Kerala (Munnar/Thekkady/Alleppy/Athiapally/Kochi) in Oct 2019 with friends. Prebooking response was very good with Mr. Abdul (agent) from KING FOREST HOLIDAYS. He has suggested overall plan, resorts as per our requirement and we could close on the booking soon with them. Immediately after booking, agent informed us we are not getting rooms in one resort for which we agreed upon. This disappointed us as this should have been checked with hotels/resorts just before paying token amount. Later involved Travel Triangle and this issue was sorted out. Small thing but without involving traveller if this would have got sorted it would have been much better. We started our travel and overall experience if I want say, it was awesome, we were happy at the end. Positives: 1) Cab driver was very good/polite and good guide, not faced any issue. Cab cleanliness was maintained throughout the trip. Driver was always very punctual and excited to take us to places 2) Munnar resort provided was a very beautiful property 3) Houseboat experience was excellent, flawless, safe. Food was simple and delicious with varieties. The best stay. Should never miss houseboat experience in Alleppy 4) Mr. Abdul was taking our feedback every day and felt engaged/reliable Improvements Required: 1) In Munnar, the resort was far from the city which was ok as the resort was very good. Second half day, we spent in Wonder Vally Adventure park which was nice experience but after that driver took us to the next spot without telling us how much time it will take. It took almost 2.5 hrs and we were totally disappointed. Driver should keep telling these things as well so that we can decide if we want to go or not. 2) Same evening, with our first cab, faced a small accident (basically minor dashes from a vehicle behind), which damaged the car dicky. To sort out overall thing including FIR, it took ~3 hrs and then as heavy fog and traffic., we reached our resort very late. Lost that evening which we wanted to spend in the beautiful resort. Here, some alternate cab should have been arranged soon. We stay just 1-2 nights at some place and pay for that, so something to take care. 3) In Thekkady resort, room given was small but we got an upgrade and had nice stay there. Very polite Hotel Manager. 4) Food was ok ok in all resorts except Houseboat. 5) Kerala Massage suggested by cab driver was not at all good. They should know real good places to suggest as money spent was not small.

We had a 6 nights stay which covered Munnar,Thekaddy and Alleypey. The driver was very knowledgeable and very patient. The choice of hotels was ok, not great. The agent did try to sort things out like food and accommodation when I was at the property though it wasn’t great. These were all 4 star equivalent, except for the boat stay in Alleypey. I was told it is deluxe, though the boat experience was the worst experience. I would expect the agent to have better knowledge of accommodation than me. Overall an average experience.

Preplanning was good but on Day 1 when we reached Munnar, the hotel was 15-20km away from the city with no facilities to eat or roam around. We had to convince our driver to take us to city so that we could have our lunch as nothing was available in the hotel at 3pm. In Munnar as per our itinerary, we were to visit tea factory but the driver told that the factory is closed on both the days and we will visit another factory on way to Thekkady which also was closed. So we could tea factory on 3 consecutive days due to misinformation by the driver. During the entire trip, the driver would just drop us at the hotel and would not take us in the city for shopping/sight seeing telling us that it is 500metrs, 800 metres and ask us to go on our own though, we were supposedly having the cab with driver till 8pm as per the itinerary. He would simply refuse to go anywhere after dropping us at hotel. With a 4 year kid, it was difficult walking all the time. While going to Kanyakumari, he tried to discourage us visiting places as per the itinerary giving various reasons. We stayed in Kanyakumari till sunset as per itinerary, but on our way back, he was very rude. Next day morning when we were to visit Padmanabhaswamy temple, when we called him at 8am, he was still sleeping and took 1 hour to get ready. Because of this, we missed the darshana at the temple which closed just 5 minutes after we reached there. we were ready and had checked out at 8:15 but because of him, we missed the darshana. He dropped us at Trivandrum airport 3 and half hours before flight timing saying this is mandatory although the airport staff told us that we could have easily reported one and a half hours later, because of this we had to wait at airport for 2 and a half hours. Kindly look into the matter so that such things dont happen with others.
