This one was a decision taken in haste but it only got better! It was my daughter's birthday so we were thinking of celebrating it offsite and decided to go to leh and Ladakh which we were planning for quite a while but didn't know where to start so randomly booked the air tickets with absolutely no plan in mind. And then we came across with Yugul, from Travel Triangle at just the right time. From our itinerary to our accomodation and food all was taken care of by then. There were places they suggested and we approved, all well within our budget. No hiccups whatsoever in the trip. Although a few of us gave in to the altitude sickness but luckily we were prepared. All safe and sound, had the best scenery, sites, and rides starting from Leh > Kargil - Drass > Nubra Valley > Pangong > back to Leh. Missed Tuktuk though, was a bit tight schedule owing to long drives and lots of travel. All in all it was a 7 day trip from Delhi. And no complaints with any services we required. Quite satisfied with the planning and execution from the company and of course, we had Yugul all the time available for any assistance we might have needed him to address. Needless to mention name of Mr Stanzine our companion as Driver and Guide for entire six days, was too sincere and knowledgeable and cooperative. All accommodations suggested by Yugal were very nice and worth staying. To be very honest Yugal’s communication skill and behaviour impressed me so much that I will remain in touch with him for my future upcoming trips. Thoroughly enjoyed with family! Thank you for making it a memorable one, Yugul and Travel Triangle. All places were beautiful and worth seeing, the huge landscapes and Pangong lake particularly and their scenic beauties have stolen our hearts

Ladakh Trip by Mili Group management is good. Our overall experience is 7/10. Manager Firdous was very humble, caring and kind. As decide, there should be 500 cc Royal Enfield, but 350 cc Royal Enfields were given. That's not a big point but still it should be managed. Car was very dirty which was given on the the first day. On Second day, it was better but not satisfied. We had a very bad experience in pangong lake in IBEX cottage suggested by Mili Group. Bad Food and Bad Service. 1. Hotel Singge Palace in Leh was very good. 9/10. 2. Hunder Resort in Nubra Valley was Good. 7/10. 3. IBEX Cottage in Pangong was Bad. 1/10.

First of all the contact numbers for travel agent that were provided to me were out of reach for multiple days during my trip, I had to rely on driver for any queries or issues, also the Travel triangle personal Aarzoo was never reachable, on one of the days the hotel voucher was given to us was not valid as the hotel never had our reservations confirmed and at the end moment we were moved to a different hotel and spending hours on the phone. Leh Ladakh is a must visit

I did enjoy my leh ladakh trip..thank you travel triangle but I realised how I got ripped off,as I was overcharged in comparison to others. Your travel partners asks me not to book through you but instead directly go through them for cheaper packages. Given false assurance and have been lied too! I believe just because I didn't agitate, these guys thought I would accept any quotes of them...In a whole, it was a bad service travel triangle! Indeed Pangong lake.

Abhishek's 7 days trip to Ladakh

Leh is the Paradise for road travellers in India be it on bike or car. The pictereque of the place is postcard perfect. It's always in the bucket list of all travellers in India, and so was in mine. Me and my friends have been planning for this trip for almost 6 yrs now but the plan could never get executed as we all are married, working in different parts of India with limited leaves in a year. But this year in Jun 22 things worked out and we could strike off one from our bucket list. The trip was planned by Mr Vivek from Travo guider through Travel Triangle and the support and management by him has truly changed our perception of booking through tour guides. Mr Vivek has been exceptionally supportive and helpful. He had given atleast 7-8 quotations as we kept on changing the plans due to various uncertainities be it finalization of number of people, change in hotels, change of number of rooms even to the extent that he made changes to the travel plan just 2 days before the trip when all bookings were done. He ensured that we have a trip to remember. Leh had a very heavy footfall of tourists this year specially post covid. Even the taxi union had rolled out a circular that no cabs will be available as the number of tourists this year is too high. But we got an Innova and a RE Himalayan for our group of 7 people. Everything was well organized from airport pickup to drop, superb hotels, delicious food, amazing driver. We had a 7 day trip where we covered local sightseeing, nubra valley, turtuk village, India- Pak border village, Pangong stay and then stay back in Leh. We covered almost all the famous sites, monastries, highest motorable passes at our own pace and freedom to stop wherever we wanted and to soak in the beauty that the place has to offer. My special thanks to our driver Namgyal, the coolest person on earth with a smile on his face always. The local organizer Mr Vijay was also very helpful and would sit with us and share his tales of trips and adventures along with insight of the journey and things to do, over cup of tea. The only issue we faced that our bike gave up on the last leg from Pangong to leh and we had to get it back in a pickup truck. The bike was mostly not serviced properly as the spark plug had carboned out and the air filter was choke upon clearing these two it was once again thumping. This issue needs to be looked with severe importance by the team coz had it been on the 2nd or 3rd day our entire trip would have got screwed. Apart from that a memorable experience. My sincere thanx to Mr Vivek and Travo guider for making it a memorable one. You guys must consider them if you plan for your trips.

Over all Trip was very well planned. There is no negative point to mention. Remark: Cost of Package was bit over. Rs. 55950 could have been reasonable instead of Rs. 66000. You can figure it out once you reach there. We will keep in mind next time choosing your agency. It was altogether different world. You can't put in words.

The trip was well planned. All the bookings were made in advance by Kailash Expedition as per our choice. The driver was always on time and was very helpful throughout the trip. Only drawback is mobile network availability in Ladakh which made difficult to make any online payments after reaching there. Otherwise it was an amazing trip. Khardungla pass is a must visit. When we reached there we found snowfall which made our trip unforgettable.

Pranab's 9 days trip to Ladakh

Our Trip to Kashmir was divided into two parts: Srinagar and Ladakh. I will be reviewing both parts. We had a tour of 9 days in which we here serviced by two different Tour Operators: "See Kashmir Travels" in Srinagar & "Pristine Travels" in Ladakh. During the tour, we stayed at 7 hotels/tents. Our field agent at Srinagar, Mr. Shabir was a great guy. He was not only welcoming but was flexible with all our plans. He was following up with our driver and also asked the driver to take us to few more tourist spots that were not included in the itinerary. During his tenure, we stayed at 02 hotels and a houseboat, all of which were awesome and we had a memorable stay. We were two couples and the vehicle provided was a Tavera. The driver, Mr. Iqbal, was a well behaved-professional guy. We were enjoying each moment of this trip and often spent some extra time at the spots, to which he never uttered a word and was considerate enough to extend his service by few more hours than assigned. Coming to Ladakh, we realized how the mood of the trip depends on the tour operator. On arriving in Ladakh, we were taken to a hotel that had nothing but a platter of disappointments. On informing the same to our Amazing Routes agent, Mr. Priyanshu Das, who was an awesome guy and was always available for our support, our stay was changed the next day to "Jeevanam Villa" which was magnificent. Meanwhile, we also received a call from the field agent, I don't remember his name as we had conversed only that day and that too he was saying that 'Aapko Leh me aise hi hotels milenge'. The hotel was a mess. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the food-it was a nightmare. And to add to it, the driver who was also supposed to be the guide, was one horrible person. He didn't know anything about any places plus always had a grumpy face in addition to being rude. Every time we went to any spot, he used to come before us after few minutes and ask us to proceed to the next spot as it will become late. He was doing it throughout the trip and used to get us back at the hotel by 3-4 PM. After 02 days, we talked to Mr. Priyanshu regarding this after which the driver was like "aapko jaha jitna time lena h, le lo". I know this is a long post, but I wanted to convey to the Travel Triangle & Amazing Routes Teams that kindly refrain from these types of agents as we were having at Leh, they only spoil the trips which in turn may reduce your customer base. If we would have taken a trip only to Ladakh, we would never have booked any further trips with Travel Triangle.
