Hotels were overall good. Hotel staff was helpful. We were promised car with sufficient boot space to accomodate luggages as well as baby stroller. However, it was a struggle to fit eveything into the boot of the assigned car. Travel time was way too long compared to what was mentioned in the itinerary. Due to which, there was hardly any time left to explore cities Kandy/Dambulla on the day of arrival. There wasnt a single day that we left hotel after arriving which means driver was free after 5/6 and we managed dinners on our own. The driver was reluctant to bring us out for dinner and suggested to take an auto-rickshaw. Price list shared for attractions was not latest and verified. When questioned, we were told that those are non peak rates. Why would you provide non peak rate list to someone who is travelling during peak period. We liked our hotels especially at Kandalama , Yala and Bentota. Nuwara Eliya hotel could have been better.

Everything mentioned in the package was to the point as agreed. Hotels, places, cab, driver, timings were all as per our requirement considering we have an infant. During the trip Ravisha (Udani tours) was easily available for any queries and assistance. Here is my comments Minus: 1. Some places are still closed or partially closed due to COVID, so the tour operator should pre inform or remove them from the itinerary to save traveling time. Floating market and Lotus tower for example, none the less i enjoyed Colombo for its cleanliness and pollution free environment. 2. Driver needs to improve his English for better communication on future trips. Provided his communication was better we would have managed better movement Plus 1. My accommodation in Bentota was booked as a sea view room and i did not get that. I spoke to Ravisha and immediately she was able to give me the same category room in a hotel near by which was according to me a better one. Really impressed with the quick response. 2. Driver was polite and friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. 2 hotels had hot water issues. Possibly due to COVID hotel readiness might not be 100%.

We have been TravelTriangeling since last 4 trips abroad. That's because of its vast network of service providers. Srilanka was planned 3 yrs back, but the economic crises there held us from moving on. It happened again and we do carry great memories from this trip. The agency Romano Lanka and its coordinator Mrs Minasha was were very helpful. Though, we gave them though time planning and re-planning again and again,.she didn't budge and planned well. My suggestion to future travellers. Never hold back from tasting authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, they are always best available in very local and not so fancy restaurants. Our village safari was where we tasted the best food. Thanks to the old ladies there for their expertise. It would be very convenient if the travel planners include the entry fees for every visiting places, each and every visiting places mandatorily charge entry fees. Paying every time feels very costly. The season we visited was pre monsoon, but thank god it didn't effect our trip. Thanks to TT and Minasha Cultural dance at Kandy was hair raising. Spice garden, Cave temple, Sigaria rock, Sacred tooth relic and the beaches were just awesome and enchanted.

We recently completed an awesome trip to Sri Lanka with Travel Triangle via Travco adventures. From the time of booking till the completion of the trip, our expericnece had been great. Ms. Chetana and Mr. Shanil from Travco was very flexible and helpful during the whole process. He was very prompt and patient in handling all the queries during the entire process. As soon as we landed on Colombo airport, everything was pre-arranged - Car, Driver.guide, hotels etc. We had no difficulty anywhere. Special note and thanks to our Driver cum Guide Mr. Chaminda. For the entire trip, he had been like a family member to us. We never felt we are in a different country. He knew all the places and guided us during the entire trip. He was very flexible and we could complete all the activity and places as per the itinerary. He has a great sense of patience and customer service skills. Thank you Mr. Shanil and Mr. Chaminda for making this trip a memorable one. I wish you all the very best for your future and a happy a prosperous new year.

Truly excellent services offered by the Travel Agent, Harshani of Udani Holidays. The hotels, food, travel arrangements all were top class. Special mention to our Driver/guide Chamika who went out of his way to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Sri Lanka is a really beautiful place with humble and lovely people. Will definitely visit again for sure! Kandy and Nuwara Eliya were special. But the best highlight was climbing Sigiriya rock!

Journey from Newara Ella to Banting was long and exhaustive. It took almost full day. There should be a break. Plan should such that maximum distance between points about 100 KM. Instead of Sigiriya journey can start from Chilaw. Sigiriya fort and Newara Ellya.

The hotels were okay. Ceylon City hotel in colombo had problems in washroom, queens gate hotel in mirissa missed basic amenities in room, ella flower garden room was pathetic so we had to shift the hotel in night itself. Though, the steps taken to shift the hotel was appreciable. Cheers to the support. The cab was very comfortable and good. The driver was really good In showing the places as well as behaviour. I would recommend this driver to get all the opportunities which are best for him.

Our driver was great, but we were frustrated because we thought the tour included a driver who was also an English speaking guide. Our driver's English was not fluent enough for him to do more than point out a few things. Hotels were okay, but Bentota hotel had severe mold problem. Planned tour of Colombo was awful. Luckily I did my own research because many of the planned destinations were closed or in disrepair. SIM cards were a total scam. We were given "2 free sims" that were free anyway and then forced to pay for those plans rather than shop competitively for reasonable deals. Water given was insufficient for 4 people- we had to buy our own to supplement. If I did this trip over again I would just hire a driver and find our own hotels and meals and found my own attractions because there was really no value to this tour above the good driver. We loved the river safari in Bentota and botanical garden near Kandy.

This was a 6-day trip for a 3-member family. Nooha from I Am Lanka helped plan the trip and was very patient in providing customized itinerary and changing it as per our needs. All our queries were addressed. Overall we had a great trip and everything went smoothly from start to end. All the hotels were wonderful with scenic locations and good hospitality. Cab provided was comfortable and guide was polite. However, somewhat unsatisfied with the tour guide as we missed a couple of places due to slow driving. Also was not flexible - he would say he is tired, need to travel back home, will be on duty till 7 PM, etc. Better to clarify this with the agency beforehand to know what to expect.
