Thanks for your team for making our trip easy. I appreciate the teams efforts in clarifying many of our doubts. Our stay was awesome. But, we faced problems with adjusting to the countries food habbits and type. Especially in breakfast and lunch. Dinner was good at Indian restaurants. Thanks for that. We were well assisted at both countries by the agents there. Thanks especially to Julie of LVP travels. Understanding her English accent was a hard but but we communicated through text message. And she understood our need and responded well. I will be looking forward to take your services in future. Thanks Pls note: as advised we carried the photographs of the travellers of the size 4 cm x 6 cm. But none of the authorities asked for the photographs. Please look into it. The photographs were not need there. Cruise was memorable to us.

It would be very difficult to put how amazing the trip was into words, but I will give it a shot. While we were planning the travel I had contacted Jenna and she was always there to respond promptly and suggest us the best options and itinerary based on our preferences. She mentioned that making sure that this is a trip to remember is her responsibility, and I can vouch for the fact that she did just that. All the travel plans, hotel accommodation, important information was relayed to us upfront and she made it a point to check in often. We had chosen for the private tour and all the support staff were also very helpful throughout the trip.

We had a very good 10 day Vietnam trip. Our trip planner Ms Hana has been superb and was in constant touch throughout the trip. She helped us whenever any support was required. She also accepted some changes we requested a day earlier to a particular sight seeing. We would recommend highly recommend her. There were few things I would like to mention about the trip. Few of the hotels especially the one in the Ho chi Minh have very small rooms, the planner should have not recommended those. We should be given option to pay more and get better hotels. The Google reviews are misleading for some of the hotels. Also please avoid the sight seeing in Ho chi Minh City. It is not good especially for Indian tourist.

Had a wonderful vacation with lifelong memories to cherish. Special mention to our travel agent Jenna -> Spot on with itinerary plan and hotels suggested were very good and are in prime locations with walkable distance to shopping and Indian restaurants (our primary requirements). Always reachable on phone from the moment I chose her as our travel advisor. One of our baggage was picked by some other traveler in baggage drop and she took care of it by calling the local airport authorities and informing us back after it is received back from other traveler. Thanks a lot Jenna and S Vietnam Trips, will definitely recommend !!

We just finished a fantastic trip to Vietnam booked via Travel triangle. Michael from S Vietnam tours has helped us tremendously since from booking the package till the end of our trip. He was reachable any time we contacted him, resolved all our queries and helped us in having a great tour at Vietnam. All the places, guides were superb and good condition vehicle was provided for us. We have requested for vegetarian food and the same is provided too. Little bit more time at Bana Hills would have been better though since that place is so beautiful and full of adventure games. Overall great experience. Thanks a lot to Michael and Travel Triangle team in making it our trip a wonderful one.

We would like to Thank Junie from Asia authentic for her all time support and patience. U can blindly trust her words. We had a nice trip but it was hectic. I guess it will be better if u give little more details and a leisure day for shopping and u guys only take for shopping as we will be new to the place. Few hotels were good and few were not tat great. I guess if u guys can give some suggestions while planning the itinerary it will be great. And in Sunworkd if u guys give little more time than just 2 hrs it will be good. Thank u. We had nice time in hanoi, Halong and Danang. I personally didn’t like Ho Chi Minh much. We missed spending an evening in Hoi an which was the best part of trip but can’t help happens. Our flight got rescheduled so we missed an evening in Hoi an. Overall it was good

All the stays and places she suggested were the very best and we are glad that we went with her choices. The cruise, van boi island, Da Lat tour with Lin all of them are still fresh in our memory.

Overall the trip was good and very well co-ordinated. We had a kid aged 4 years with us and the whole trip went without any major hiccups. Few points I need to share with the LVP team for improvement is - a) if there is a change in days itinerary; then the customer should be informed and suggested new places (as places shud be equally good). b) The qlty of hotel rooms should be kept on a tab as few places it was not good. c) co-ordination between LVP & local guide& driver shud be smooth. Barring these; overall the trip was very comfortable eps the vehicles & guides knowledge. all the best to LVP & TT

Overall a very great experience on the trip. While there were communication issues with the agent which may have impacted some of the choices we made for the trip, the support given during the trip was very good. They were able to manage or compensate when things did not go according to plan or expectations and this was without any ask from our side !! Vietnam and Cambodia has a lot of interesting places to see and i think we made the right choice in going with TT Visiting the temples in Siem Reap. Angkor wat and others. The guide was very patient in explaining the history and culture behind them.

When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.
