Raunak Pathak from Wanderbird Holidays was our agent from Travel Triangle for our trip to New Zealand. Raunak helped us plan with the best Itinerary, whether it was wrt the activities covered, hotels stayed or rental car selected. Everything was perfect. He ensured we are aware of all the rules or stuffz that are important for a tourist to know. It was never that we had to do any follow ups. The vouchers of hotel and activities were all received well before time. It was great of him to call us and discuss the itinerary in detail for an hour just before the trip ensuring we are well versed with the itinerary. His efforts showed he did a part greater than what an agent would generally do.

Raunak provided us with all that we required for our trip to New Zealand. He is energetic and was always ready to get us the best deals in our budget. Everything was taken care of before hand - car rentals, hotel booking, as well as reservations for our activities and we didn't have to worry about anything. There was a slight hiccup due to bad weather - some better planning could have been better. However the refund for the cancelled event was provided to me on time - so kudos for that. It was overall a good experience. However, I would like to convey that Pickyourtrail has been really exceptional in ticketing, but in the planning of the overall trip it was poor. Follow-ups with the bookings and transfers that are required in any foreign trip was neglected, which I would consider as a big blunder from their end. I had faced issues like our vouchers being considered as incorrect in few of the places and in some, the agents to whom we were connected on the trip were not even aware of the booking. Their support team has a lot of people for sure but there is a lack of proper response from them. Our itinerary changes were not updated in the app which again created confusion for their support team who were not even aware of the changes. At the end of the day, there is only one person who gives the right directions and the rest of them just create confusion. I would give another shot in travelling with them only if they decide to go up a notch with travel planning rather than just giving us the tickets/vouchers. Just putting in my honest feedback, Thanks!

Travel Triangle helped me plan my honeymoon trip to New Zealand. We were in touch with Raunak, a gem of a person. I gave him an itinerary based on my research and interests (of my husband and I). Raunak included almost all those in our itinerary, booked fantastic hotels, and made great arrangements. He had informed the hotels beforehand that it was our honeymoon and so we got cute little surprises in some of the hotels. He also arranged our visas on time, gave phone numbers to coordinate with for hotels/sight-seeing/cabs (we didn't need it because everything was smooth and prompt), and also helped us book our flight tickets. He was available to clarify our doubts. This was a wonderful vacation for us, all thanks to Travel Triangle!

K's 17 days trip to New Zealand

1- MR Aakash Mehta left TT, but company still using his name in mails. After some of booking , he bacame out of scene. 2- Amit Rana was coordinating and was a great help except few occasions. He failed to deliver 100% vouchers before start of tour. Itinerary agreed was changed during the tour in Melbourne. Though the difference was refunded. 3- For many activities, pick and drop was not included which caused inconvenience and running around. 4- However overall, it was good. Satay at Queenstown and Cairns was excellent.

Went for a vacation to North Island in New Zealand in Feb 2020. Wanderbird Holidays were of great help in planning the week long trip.
