We booked our trip to Aurangabad and Shirdi through Travel Triangle. Pick trip made all the arrangements for our travel. We had requested for a 3 start accommodation. Our Hotel in Aurangabad was great, but the Hotel in Shirdi was very basic and the cleanliness of the room and beds was poor. The car and our driver were the best. Thanks.

The trip and all the arrangements are good nothing issue on that part but the hotel you choose is not satisfactory. 1) No kitchen available 2) They insisted only for paid water bottles initially 3) Limited breakfast options available & quantity (means they are purchasing from outside & then provided to guests) Rest all is good. It was a memorable trip for all the guest. Tour manager SHREYA ji assist very well.

The roads were awful and had to request for change in route, down with cervical syndrome, which enhanced mileage by 35 odd kms,the service provider was cynical on this which is not appreciated, though the provider was in constant touch on the services which is good, though the price paid for cab was extremely high. However regret there was not a single call from Travel Triangle on the travel, except for this feedback. The Service provider on request changed the route free of cost thereby giving us additional chance to visit Shirdi which added that 35 odd kms which is appreciated. Only bad memories of the road which has left both of us extremely tired and down with a cervical syndrome. The plan, driver etc was satisfactory.

Trips Squaree has given me a customised trip, followed through the trip and ensured that the trip has been going smooth. Had been really helpful and resolved the problems(if any) real quick. A special mention to Deepak on being quite helpful and patient to support throughout. The cab services had also been to my satisfaction. The driver was really patient and helpful throughout, had waited for hours without showing any frustration which were predominantly because of the external factors and the long weekend.

My first experience with Travel Triangle was Very Good. But not this time. In a 3 night stay tour at Malvan for10 adults, the overall experience was Good. Hotel was neat and Clean. The cabs were also good. Overall services were satisfactory. The Trips Squaree representative (booking agent) cheated us. The Hotel costs were charged including breakfast (the rates on hotel site were Rs.3000/- without breakfast and Rs.3600/- with Breakfast), but during the trip, no breakfast was provided, we had to spend extra money for breakfast. The total package was for Rs.92,000/- . The cost of stay works around Rs.45,000/- for 3 nights x 5 rooms. Local site seeing was only for 2 days. First and last day only pickup and drop. No site seeing. Thus Rs.47,000/- for 2 cabs ? Seems to be cheating. I can understand charging fees for the services provided, but not to this extent. Please also note that I was asked to pay some money to the representative's personal account, where as the balance was paid to another account. With this type of experience, I can not recommend Travel Triangle to my friends and family. SORRY.

I did a 2 day Aurangabad trip with this group and it went off without a hitch. Pretty long distances from Aurangabad to Ajanta Caves, like 2 hours and then the return. Road wasn’t great but the driver handled it fine. I’d recommend these guys, but if you get the same driver I had, hopefullly he learns more English. We were able to communicate but it was real difficult. Also, word to the wise… Make sure you have some kind of cell service all the time there. The driver and I communicated via txting when I needed picked up and it was challenging as I had no cell service from my provider. If I was to do it again, I’d have purchased a SIM card for my entire time in India. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend this outfit.
