Tour hunters are great to work with. Manav and Muskkan are easy to co-ordinate . The activities mentioned in the itnerary were too many to take care in a single day. We could not cover rice terrace, coffee plantations & kintamani due to traffic and over commitment. The driver was not very positive from day one regarding covering all the spots. Stay options such as Villa and hotel in Kuta were good.

Just one thing while traveling from India to bali (during layover also) indian restaurant details should be mentioned in the package for proper indian fooding. There are many goof indian restaurants available there Hospitality and management from Indo Jaya travels was very good. Site seeing and water sports activities was very good. Specially Nusa Penida Island tour. Drivers were very helpful full in making this trip when we came to know that they are huge fans of SRK, Amitabh G. They love Bollywood songs

They give best deals, but you need to do great follow ups n be hands-on involved in the planning. There was scope for a bit better planning in the dates of the site scenes based on hotel locality and feasibility of pick n drop. Keeping these details aside, there were no complaints as such, drivers would come on time to pick , we were guided well throughout, hotels had decent vegetarian food. Stay in Desa Pramana Villa , Keramas was a real memorable one.

Overall the trip arrangements were very good. Manan from Tour Hunters was always available on call and provided support. Driver of car was also good and supportive. Thanks to Tour hunters for creating a memorable trip to Bali. Smooth and nice trip.

Overall it was a memorable experience to Bali.. Good coordination by you Mr. Roshan.. Travel guide and driver Mr. Murrah was very friendly and guided us perfectly.. I wish Bali swing could have been included in our package and also we could not have a perfect candle light dinner on the beach as it was raining..Also we couldn't see volcano due to heavy cloud and rain. Despite of this we enjoyed a lot and it was a memorable trip of our life. Special thanks to you Roshan sir for all the efforts, coordination and guidance.. Will definitely plan another trip with you..

Evening is good...but, last day my flight was at midnight 1 AM... But they have booked the hotel till 12 PM... they have changed the itenary from the local team in bali, so, I have paid extra for that no one helped in that situation.... apart from that evening is good

I recently embarked on a trip planned by your agency, and while there were many highlights, there were also a few areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, I'd like to commend the overall organization and arrangements made for the trip. The itinerary was well-designed, and the destinations chosen provided a diverse and enriching experience of the local culture and attractions. However, there are some significant areas that need addressing. Firstly, the communication and insights provided by the driver were lacking. While the transportation was reliable, the driver could have offered more information and insights about each location and its culture. This would have added depth to the journey and enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the places visited. Furthermore, there was a lack of guidance when it came to dining options. The driver did not take us to or recommend proper restaurants, resulting in several instances of disappointing meals. We encountered issues with the quality of food, which later led us to seek out dining options on our own without relying on the driver's assistance. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the floating breakfast at Pondok. It was promised in the itinerary but was not provided during our visit. This could be attributed to miscommunication or perhaps a misunderstanding in the itinerary description. Regardless, it left a negative impression and fell short of our expectations. In conclusion, while there were areas for improvement, overall, the trip was enjoyable, thanks to the well-planned itinerary and smooth logistics. I hope that future trips organized by your agency will address these concerns to provide an even more satisfying experience for travelers.

Our cab driver was very polite, helpful and he is good. Hotels were good, but there should be some more food options in buffet breakfasts. Also for medical emergencies there should be some help given. We were in distress when one of our friend fell sick. There was no right help given. Emergency contacts didn’t answer our calls. Our booking with Villa had some facilities mentioned in our package.. but agents in Bali wasn’t communicated about it. Any clarifications we asked wasn’t answered right by agents, which made us discomfort.
