The trip was good. But we didn’t get what promised in the quote. The quote had following promises. 1. Floral bed decoration 2. Fruit basket 3. Honeymoon freebies We didn’t get any of these in the first hotel. We got towel decoration in the second hotel. I checked with agent and they said it’s upon the availability but the hotel reception in the Grand ixora hotel said they were not informed about any decorations. They were asked for room and breakfast which they provided perfectly. I need to get the quote updated for what we didn’t get The water sports and pool villa.

Just kind suggestion- NOT any complain :) 1) Please try to provide exact dates / commitments for actions. eg. in my case from starting I heard that vouchers will be uploaded in 3-4 days even I booked 1 month before travelling. In that Case If customer have fact, that vouchers will only update week/ 4-5days before travel than in that case they not worry and need to ask about it frequently. 2) While Booking attractions/ activities Please suggest customer what good options or what customer not to do there. Special for locations like BALI where people waiting for looting tourist. May this things Travel agents know better :) (In My Case Water sports activities booked by Kalpna Tours was perfect, But when go there they said, your default booked options are very basic and show options for Upgrade with highly rates and convenience for it. But As result there is not any changes between Booked Plan and upgrade plan, that makes totally disappointed. Why I writing this because may help for future travellers, who visit Same Place/location. Thanks Again TT and Kalpana Tours!

Overall it was average experience. Positive: - Hotels and Villa was ultimate - Seamless experience. No delay on any process Negative: - Guide was not understanding language properly - For first day candle light dinner he took us directly from massage centre to dinner without allowing us to change dress which was disappointing. Had dinner on dirty cloths - No proper info about the destinations and time top travel to destination which causing more time on travelling on car. Because of this we skipped some places fearing we will be tired after so much travel. - Last minute alternative plan suggestions from guide which is more of the temples all the time.

The timings on the itinerary could have been more logical as some early trips were not even required. Moreover the swiss bel hotel was far from the marketplace, there are plenty hotels within the hub which could have been booked. Candlelight dinner setup at jimbaran beach was right amidst garbage, that place was horrendous, probably the most low standard restaurant was chosen in that area Cruise was fantastic, thankfully i changed it at the last moment or else bounty cruise would have been another cheap alternative which was given

We experienced lot of fun, amazing services & well managed scheduled during this trip, definately we would like to prefer you for the future trips as well, but only few glitches needs to be rectify like after villa transfer, there was wash basin sinking issue, also next day breakfast order was taken earlier but they didnt inform that dinner ordering will shut on 9 pm. i think these fails made our trip little uneasy. A tour to nusa penida, which was really awesone with wide variety of location photography and sight seen.
