Feedback on Bali Trip Organized by ALS Destination I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip to Bali organized by ALS Destination, and I wanted to provide my feedback on the overall experience. Overall, I must say that the trip exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. Here are my thoughts on different aspects of the trip: 1. Itinerary: The itinerary crafted by ALS Destination was well-planned and covered all the major highlights of Bali. From exploring cultural sites like temples and traditional villages to enjoying the beautiful beaches, water activities, cruise ride to Lembongan island and natural landscapes, the itinerary provided a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. It also allowed for ample free time to explore on our own or simply unwind. The inclusion of both popular tourist attractions and hidden gems made the trip truly special. 2. Accommodation: The accommodations arranged by ALS Destination were top-notch. The hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The selection of hotels provided a good mix of luxury and local charm, adding to the overall experience. 3. Transportation: The transportation arrangements were seamless. ALS Destination made sure that we had reliable and comfortable transportation throughout the trip. The drivers were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the local areas. They also provided valuable insights and suggestions, enhancing our understanding of Bali's culture and history. 4. Tour Guides( Pooja - Delhi, Putu Sudiana, Hari and Hendra-Bali): The tour guides provided by ALS Destination were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive to the group's needs. Their explanations of the cultural significance of various sites, along with interesting anecdotes, made the experience enriching. They were also patient in answering all our questions and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a memorable time. 5. Activities and Experiences: ALS Destination curated a diverse range of activities and experiences that truly showcased the beauty of Bali. From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to exploring lush rice terraces, every activity was well-organized and left a lasting impression. The inclusion of traditional dance performances, cooking classes, and visits to local markets added a cultural touch to the trip. 6. Customer Service: Throughout the entire planning process and during the trip itself, the customer service provided by ALS Destination & Travel Triangle was excellent. They were responsive to our inquiries, flexible in accommodating our requests, and ensured that all our needs were met. The attention to detail and personalized approach made us feel valued as customers. In conclusion, I highly recommend ALS Destination & Travel Triangle for organizing a trip to Bali. They exceeded my expectations in terms of itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, knowledgeable guides, and overall customer service. Thanks to ALS Destination and team members, I had a memorable and immersive experience in Bali, and I look forward to booking future trips with them.

Thank you very much @Roushan Signature for the arrangements. It was a pleasant trip, and we enjoyed every moment. Despite initial worries about traveling with an infant, we did not face any issues. The driver was also very polite and cooperative. Thank you once again for making our trip memorable.

Bali trip was good, but not given information that we have to take rt pcr test, airlines not allowed and canceled the flight, paid extra huge charges to flight and came back after 2 days with rt pcr test, very bad experience

The trip was overall great. The property in Ubud, Umae Villa did not meet the expectations. The property looked beautiful only during the day. At night, the property looked scary as the lights were too dim and was surrounded by plants. I saw a lizard more that a feet long and since then i was not able to step out alone. Also, all the walls including the ones of washroom are of glass. No privacy at all. Honeymoon couples might like it, but family with kids do not like it at all. Also, the hotels serves just 1 dish for breakfast which is not sufficient for 1 person. No buffet breakfast. The staff couldn't understanding English and therefore it became very difficult to communicate. Kana Kuta hotel was very good. Very friendly staff and the property had all the facilities. Driver was good. The places to visit in a day could have been planned better as it was not possible to visit all the places planned in a day. Either we just scan through the place and go to the next place or if we enjoy we miss out on places.

Very very nice experience. This is our first international trip but it's most comfortable and one of the most unforgettable trip ever. Thank you for organising such a wonderful trip. From the moment we embarked on our journey on the 23rd of February from Kolkata to Bali via Kuala Lumpur, every detail of the trip was flawlessly executed, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for us both. Upon our arrival in Bali, our first stop was the captivating Uluwatu for the mesmerizing Kecak dance. It was the perfect introduction to the rich culture and beauty of Bali. Our hotel accommodations were excellent, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing haven after a day of exploration. We appreciated the variety of dining options available, especially the Indian cuisine, which made us feel at home, along with the opportunity to sample some delicious seafood dishes. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the Kintamani volcano tour on the second day. Exploring the Ubud village, witnessing rice farming in action, and experiencing the exhilarating Aloha Swing were truly unforgettable moments. The coffee plantation tour and complimentary Indian tea added an extra layer of enjoyment to our day. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring local markets and indulging in some shopping, immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of Bali. Our visit to Nusa Penida on the third day was another highlight, with sights like Broken Beach leaving us in awe of Bali's natural beauty. Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, allowing us to create cherished memories together. Our stay at Villa Alindra and the Balinese spa on the fourth day provided a peaceful retreat amidst our busy itinerary. While the villa was satisfactory, the spa experience was rejuvenating and much appreciated. The candlelight dinner at Holiday Inn Varuna, planned with an Indian Thali, was the perfect romantic culmination to our trip. The food was not only delicious but also served in a beautiful setting, creating a truly memorable evening for us. As we embarked on our journey back to India on the fifth day, we couldn't help but reflect on the wonderful experiences we had in Bali. Your meticulous planning and attention to detail played a significant role in making our honeymoon trip truly unforgettable. I want to extend my sincere thanks to you, Bhawana, for your dedication, professionalism, and expertise in crafting such a perfect itinerary for us. I had a wonderful trip thanks to travel triangle. They helped me in in smooth travel, immigration and transport. Hotels booked by them were also of premium standard.

It was a well planned trip but the hotels are not as hospitable as we have in our country so that was a surprise for me. There were some hiccups in the travel itinerary but were resolved by the agent. All in all it was a good experience and a great trip.

The agent was good nd Taruna was very helpful nd she guided us nicely. As soon as we reached airport driver teja received us nd took responsibility in sight seeing, guiding us about Indian restaurants. On the whole had a very good experience in bali trip.

It was a great experience and thanks to Juketravel Yatri for planning it well. Our vacation time had all the segments like Romantic time (candlelight dinner at the beach), Precious time (leisure time for rest and family), Adventurous time (water sports), and traveling time (visiting almost all the landmarks of Bali). We really enjoyed this trip and wish to have many more in the years to come. Thanks to the whole team especially Abhishek and Ravina for pitching in whenever I wanted support.

The trip went as per the commitment provided by the Agency and the Staff were very approachable. We had not faced any surprises and were well organized. The staff is amicable and accommodative of our requirements.

The arrangements were nice. We didn't like the 1st hotel we stayed i but the villa was amazing. The transport service and the driver was really recommendable. Overall we had a good experience in bali.

Travel triangle made my vacation an absolute bliss. Air tickets, hotels, cab, driver & payment for parking /entrance ticket was also handled by the agency. For return journey, Govt’s introduction of presenting -ve Covid test at the time of departure was also helped by the agency. Manan Chabra deserves a special mention & an applause for supporting & helping me thru the trip. He was available 24/7. He guided thru all the process & prep work for travel. He was in constant touch to ensure everything went smoothly. There wasn’t a single thing that I had to worry about, that is true vacation.
