Feedback on Bali Trip Organized by ALS Destination I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip to Bali organized by ALS Destination, and I wanted to provide my feedback on the overall experience. Overall, I must say that the trip exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. Here are my thoughts on different aspects of the trip: 1. Itinerary: The itinerary crafted by ALS Destination was well-planned and covered all the major highlights of Bali. From exploring cultural sites like temples and traditional villages to enjoying the beautiful beaches, water activities, cruise ride to Lembongan island and natural landscapes, the itinerary provided a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. It also allowed for ample free time to explore on our own or simply unwind. The inclusion of both popular tourist attractions and hidden gems made the trip truly special. 2. Accommodation: The accommodations arranged by ALS Destination were top-notch. The hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The selection of hotels provided a good mix of luxury and local charm, adding to the overall experience. 3. Transportation: The transportation arrangements were seamless. ALS Destination made sure that we had reliable and comfortable transportation throughout the trip. The drivers were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the local areas. They also provided valuable insights and suggestions, enhancing our understanding of Bali's culture and history. 4. Tour Guides( Pooja - Delhi, Putu Sudiana, Hari and Hendra-Bali): The tour guides provided by ALS Destination were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive to the group's needs. Their explanations of the cultural significance of various sites, along with interesting anecdotes, made the experience enriching. They were also patient in answering all our questions and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a memorable time. 5. Activities and Experiences: ALS Destination curated a diverse range of activities and experiences that truly showcased the beauty of Bali. From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to exploring lush rice terraces, every activity was well-organized and left a lasting impression. The inclusion of traditional dance performances, cooking classes, and visits to local markets added a cultural touch to the trip. 6. Customer Service: Throughout the entire planning process and during the trip itself, the customer service provided by ALS Destination & Travel Triangle was excellent. They were responsive to our inquiries, flexible in accommodating our requests, and ensured that all our needs were met. The attention to detail and personalized approach made us feel valued as customers. In conclusion, I highly recommend ALS Destination & Travel Triangle for organizing a trip to Bali. They exceeded my expectations in terms of itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, knowledgeable guides, and overall customer service. Thanks to ALS Destination and team members, I had a memorable and immersive experience in Bali, and I look forward to booking future trips with them.

It was a great trip. Thanks to Shilpi from My Musafir who curated the nice package for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and created some beautiful memories to cherish forever.

Bali trip was good, but not given information that we have to take rt pcr test, airlines not allowed and canceled the flight, paid extra huge charges to flight and came back after 2 days with rt pcr test, very bad experience

The trip was overall great. The property in Ubud, Umae Villa did not meet the expectations. The property looked beautiful only during the day. At night, the property looked scary as the lights were too dim and was surrounded by plants. I saw a lizard more that a feet long and since then i was not able to step out alone. Also, all the walls including the ones of washroom are of glass. No privacy at all. Honeymoon couples might like it, but family with kids do not like it at all. Also, the hotels serves just 1 dish for breakfast which is not sufficient for 1 person. No buffet breakfast. The staff couldn't understanding English and therefore it became very difficult to communicate. Kana Kuta hotel was very good. Very friendly staff and the property had all the facilities. Driver was good. The places to visit in a day could have been planned better as it was not possible to visit all the places planned in a day. Either we just scan through the place and go to the next place or if we enjoy we miss out on places.

It was a great experience and thanks to Juketravel Yatri for planning it well. Our vacation time had all the segments like Romantic time (candlelight dinner at the beach), Precious time (leisure time for rest and family), Adventurous time (water sports), and traveling time (visiting almost all the landmarks of Bali). We really enjoyed this trip and wish to have many more in the years to come. Thanks to the whole team especially Abhishek and Ravina for pitching in whenever I wanted support.

The trip went as per the commitment provided by the Agency and the Staff were very approachable. We had not faced any surprises and were well organized. The staff is amicable and accommodative of our requirements.

The arrangements were nice. We didn't like the 1st hotel we stayed i but the villa was amazing. The transport service and the driver was really recommendable. Overall we had a good experience in bali.

Travel triangle made my vacation an absolute bliss. Air tickets, hotels, cab, driver & payment for parking /entrance ticket was also handled by the agency. For return journey, Govt’s introduction of presenting -ve Covid test at the time of departure was also helped by the agency. Manan Chabra deserves a special mention & an applause for supporting & helping me thru the trip. He was available 24/7. He guided thru all the process & prep work for travel. He was in constant touch to ensure everything went smoothly. There wasn’t a single thing that I had to worry about, that is true vacation. Thanks to Travel Triangle, destination travel team & Manan for making my vacation so memorable. Bali - Spa treatment & Tanah Lot.

We had great experience at Bali, the trip was awesome we didn't face any problems with stay or travel or visits, a small note is that the last day we were not co-ordinated properly to the airport transfer was hicup on trip, Thanks

This was my honeymoon trip & first experience with Travel Triangle.Very disappointed with the arrangements.I was supposed to receive the bed decorated with flowers at the private villa but no such arrangements were made.Tge condition of the private villa was pathetic.The villa looks like a haunted place,few dim lights at night,dirty pool side,the water of the private pool was not changed and insects in it.How do you expect to spend private time in such a place.I strongly recommend Travel Triangle & Felix Feria not to allot this villa to anyone in near future.Total waste of money. Driver was punctual.

Overall trip was great. But we couldn't see volcano due to heavy cloud and rain. Travel agent had arranged our candle light dinner but foods could have been better. Tanah lot parking sunset was good.

Just one thing while traveling from India to bali (during layover also) indian restaurant details should be mentioned in the package for proper indian fooding. There are many goof indian restaurants available there Hospitality and management from Indo Jaya travels was very good. Site seeing and water sports activities was very good. Specially Nusa Penida Island tour. Drivers were very helpful full in making this trip when we came to know that they are huge fans of SRK, Amitabh G. They love Bollywood songs
