We were short of time to plan this trip. Hence chose Travel Triangle for assistance. Kingdom of holidays, a trusted agency with Travel Triangle came to the rescue especially Mr. Rishi. He goes the extra mile to customize the itenary and cater to any special requests too. He took extra care to ensure that we had a pleasant experience throughout. The pickup and drop to and from airports and for all sightseeing and tours were well cordinated and organized. Hotel selection was good considering the fact that we were Indian tourists. Took a package where almost all sight seeing and tours were included; Coral Island tour, Safari Park, Dreamland, Art museum, Cruise, etc. All in all excellent package and pleasant experience. All thanks to Rishi and team. I highly recommend booking trips with him.

everything was great except the hotel location and food options. the hotel was located too far from main attractions, thus we were not able to cover other places in our free time. food options for breakfast, were not that great at hotels, especially for Indians. Even being non vegetarians we struggled for food every day.

Excellent Family trip, the arrangements for local travel and hotels were well arranged and worked without hiccups. We enjoyed the trip. Abhijeet from Breakbag was very helpful and gave good suggestions. He followed through and coordinated well with the Thai travel agency. The Siam Nimrat show in Phuket was very engrossing, the costumes, choreography, and special effects were excellent. The Phi Phi island tour was also good however we had to upgrade the seats in the boat for a better view. I would suggest that Travel Triangle advise tourists about this. Another advice for travelers is please get a local mobile SIM card from Matrix or other providers, it is very helpful to contact the local agent and vehicle drivers.

I will rate the trip as average. All the people we met during the trip were very nice and friendly. However, Problem started before even starting the trip when we were provided with final itinerary just a day before our travel that too late at night due to which we could not go through it. No local contact details were provided. The tour operator was not responding my calls a day before the trip. Information provided was not complete. We were travelling with 3 kids and our start of day was planned at 0500 in the morning which was not possible for us to catch. Hotel in phuket was good but hotel in bangkok was below average. Also, 2 different kind of rooms were booked for both families travelling together and we had to pay extra at the hotel to get similar category rooms. Also, extra bed for kid was not provided in bangkok hotel for which we again had to pay extra. Our visit to safari and marine world as per our schedule was supposed to be a full day trip but as per local agent, it was booked as an 8 hrs trip which was insufficient to see the park and we had to leave some of our shows.
