Sharing my experience below: Though my travelling agent told me to carry hard cash of 10000bhatt,but for some reason I forgot to carry Thai bhatt ,there is no indian currency in my hand...I never carry money...I used to do online transactions that became a solid disadvantage for me...I have carried a debit card and credit card with me in the thought of being able to withdraw money from the Bangkok airport I booked my flight direct from Bbsr to bangkok.. There i got to know there was no atm on arrival..ATMs are available outside the immigration..though there are currency exchange stations present.. I was in big trouble there..my convey my problem to my agent..but they were also helpless..then I asked for help from Indians ..then luckily some guys helped give me 2000bhatt ..I have transferred immediately 5000rs through phonepe.. Somehow I took my visa ..came out of the airport without buying any sim.my cab was waiting outside for me and it had wifi inside with it... And my agent MD BIKI who was very helpful, constantly communicating with me..and arranged 10000bhatt for 28000 rs.. instantly..I got my Bhat after reaching my hotel in PATTAYA (GLOW INN) MY STAY WAS Awesome AT Glow INN..Spacious AND COMFORTABLE ROOM. I finished my breakfast around 8.00am and got ready for my coral island trip.. I bought my sim with 200bhatt with the help of my guide GOURAV .He was such an amazing person.My coral island trip was very exciting and full of adventure..I spent my days lounging on the sun-kissed shores of Pattaya Beach, soaking up the tropical atmosphere and taking refreshing dips in the clear turquoise waters. The beach offered a plethora of water activities, such as parasailing ,sea walk,jet ski & banana ride.... Had an awesome Thai lunch and came back to the hotel where I kept my luggage in the locker and fresh up and left for bangkok around 5.30pm At bangkok my stay was in LE PETITE Sukhumvit SALIL 11..It's a very crowded place..I was upgraded to a premium one..My stay was awesome

I got reference of travel triangle from two of my colleagues and at last minute I posted the query . It was my parents who were travelling so I was more conscious in selecting the right tour package. I received quotation from 3 tour agency but I selected Anvi tours and Travels as their agent, Rita Bansal was very quick in responding to my questions and hotels and itinerary was changed immediately and repeatedly as soon as I asked for any change. She never complained about it, instead she made me feel comfortable and confident to choose them based on the responsibility she took in taking the quotation to completion. Infact the quotation proposed by Anvi tours was less than other tours for the same itinerary. Miracle suites hotel in pattaya was very good and Worabhuri at bangkok was not upto the expectation. The tour guide , co-ordination ,communication, commutation was very good it seems. Except once rest all the time the guide would inform my parents about pick and drop well in hand and very friendly too. The trip to Thailand was overall a good experience. Though TravelTriangle was a last minute option it was a good choice.

Very Average hotels, No prior information given about trip pickup, we need to take follow ups on pick up for our planned trip, drivers were not cooperative, we got to know about our early morning tours just 10mins prior. Even agents did not informed us about exact timings for pick up due to which driver left us in hotel and in different country between strangers we somehow managed to reach destination of our own which led us spend more money for our planned tour. Also about food, my friends are pure vegetarian but the in Phuket we were served only non veg breakfast due to which my friends did not took breakfast. Also same day after phi phi island tour, lunch buffet was completely tasteless, there was not a single thing which we could eat so we again remained hungry. They said fruits will be served at the end of lunch but their fruits were over by then, we also asked for tea or coffee that was also finished. Now if we are given excuse that we were late I will not accept that because we were very much on time for lunch as we did not took our breakfast so we were actually waiting for lunch time. Sorry but I had very bad experience with travel2agent on my first international trip. Phi phi island was good

Keep all options open, like if someone don't want to go for Alcazar show because of family constraint, instead you should offer him rides like under water world, or floating Market. In my case i denied Alcazar show, in that case you should have offered me other option like mentioned above. I have to spend money from my pocket to go for this. In case of vehicles, I opted for private vehicle, I was given a big van like ambulance. I kept wondering how can you send such a big vehicle for only three persons? Even couldn't see the outside city. Safari world and marine park was very nice. But should be properly guided, or addressed, what are the rides you are going to see. It was ill informed.
