A big thanks to Bhutan INC, Sumitra, and Prakash who made my favorite country memorable. Sumitra is the person who approached me initially and she was so polite, Whenever I need clarification she was right there. Another person I need to thank is Prakash, Throughout the trip, if have any problems both were there to get them sorted. Driver Ashok and Guide Sherab were very much comfortable and took care of us like their family. In the beginning, I had some hesitation, because of traveling with two girls. But Now we people become good friends. Once again a big thanks and looking forward to seeing you people again in Bhutan.

Details on our trip to Bhutan The trip to Bhutan was 6th to 12th may 2023. Trip organized by Ms KNG travels. The travel arrangements and the planning was very good. The coordination with all the teams went off very smoothly and we did not have any issues during the trip. Our hosts KNG were very cooperative and Ms Tara and Mr. Bimal form KNG met us in Thimphu. The driver Chencho was very good. The guide Sonam is also very cooperative and had an excellent attitude. He did explain quite a bit but I think he needs more experience in handling things. He should read more and be able to explain details on each place adequately. There were places where we could not absorb the culture. Positives 1. Very well coordinated 2. Hotels were good in Bhutan. 3. Very friendly people. 4. The costs were reasonable except for daily taxes. Negatives 1. Hotels in India both at Jaigaion – Hotel Sheetal and Hotel Orbit in Bagdogra were below par. 2. With three people sitting side by side all through it was at times uncomfortable. The vehicle is not adequate for trips were there are long journeys especially in mountains. It was definitely small Suggestions 1. You should do a bit more research for the Indian side. Maybe travel triangle could help its tour operators on the same. 2. Please give details on expenses including unforeseen elements, I am saying this is because in Bhutan every transaction is in Cash and you cannot fall back on cards if there is a problem. Please spell out things on what could be ticket costs, tipping norms, daily food expenses, contingencies, etc

We toured Bhutan for 9Days in May 23 availing the services of A D Tours & Travels (Mr. Gurung) through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gurung was very helpfull and helped in planning of our tour and answered all our queries. He took care of the epermit and travel insurance. Tour guide Mr. Dil Kumar and driver Mr. Tshering were very helpful and we developed a good relationship. Hotels and Homestay were generally very good except for the Chumey Nature Resort at Bumthang who grossly overcharged us.

Bhutan GBS Tours and Travel services were excellent. They went an extra mile to see that we did not face any difficulties when our flight was postponed by one day due to Covid 19. All the hotel rooms were nice and comfortable . Our special thanks to Sunjive Subba and Zango who made our itinerary as per our interest. They also made sure that we buy masks and hand sanitizer so that we do not put our life at risk. When we landed we had an apprehension about the travel agent services but the moment we landed in Paro we were greeted by a smiling person who took us everywhere for the next nine days. Best memories was the river rafting and the hike to tiger nest along with the family

Overall experience was great. KNG was efficient, punctual and eager to help. our guide, Soham, and driver, Kuenga were knowledgeable and provided great support on the trip. There were a few points of improvement. 1. Need a slightly larger car than Creta for 3 adults (11 year old is not really a child in size!). 2. Punakha hotel was not good in terms of hygiene or location.

Mr. Gyam, I was extremely satisfied with your services and travel agency. Every detail of our tour was thought out and taken care of. Our driver was a pleasant companion and guide and great at conversing about the intricacies of life in Bhutan. The rooms you had booked for us were at perfect locations and offered awesome scenic views- just what we wanted. The hotels had high standards and all the staff were absolutely delightful. The schedule too was not hectic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday well, while the itinerary covered all major viewpoints as well as some personalised ones. Thank you for an amazing experience of Bhutan. We wish to use your services again in the near future and I will be sure to recommend your agency to my friends. Our stay at Haa valley.

Praiseworthy 1) The driver in Bhutan Mr. Kingha was very well informed about the Flora and fauna and other details, courteous, and punctual. 2) The hotel rooms were all good with good facilities, except Drukchen hotel, which had rude staff, I will give feedback about this hotel on Google. 3) The travel agent did a minor alteration in our itenerary, which in the first place should have been suggested by them. I will write more about this in my things to improve list. Things that need improvement 1) The start of the trip with facilities to arrange permits for entering Bhutan was very badly handled. In spite of uploading our passports and pan card online with Travel Triangle site beforehand, nothing was ready. We had to fill out form, take photo copies of itenerary, hotel reservation and wait in queue for several hours. This could have been avoided had the forms etc been readied and stamped also. We could have just completed the finger printing physically. 2) Most of the monument entry fee had 50% discount for students, on production of ID cards. Had the travel agent told us about this, we would have carried ID's of our kids. This should be informed to future guests. 3) Breakfast only was included in the hotel stay. Dinner should also be included in the package. As some hotels were outside the town and it was cold to go out at night. The food at the hotel was not at all good, we didn't know what food they would be able to prepare better, we had several badly prepared food!!! Atleast if the buffet dinner is included, we can choose what we like from the buffet. 4) I had told the travel agent that I want to trek in the Jigme Dorji national park. However, after reaching punakha our driver said we will not be able to do much in that forest and see any animals there!! Then on his suggestion we changed our plan. Due to this, we couldn't visit Phubjika. As Phubjika was removed from itenerary to accommodate Jigme Dorji. Anyway, bottom line is Travel agents should make such suggestions to first time visitors as they may not know what are better things to do in such trips!! All the treks/walks to various djongs and monasteries were the best part!!!
