Overall experience was good. We felt lost the first day due to poor communication from agents and we had to followup on few things ourself. You guys need to take ownership rather than putting it back on travel agent. You should work behind the scenes and update us. Otherwise there is no point in booking through your company if i have to do all followup myself. These are just few points where i thought you guys should work on. The driver and the guide after 1st Day were too good and hotels were of great quality.

I had a pleasant stay in hotels, location were awesome. Travel agent was very cooperative. Although guide could have been more sincere and serious/knowledgeable. Same goes with cab driver(specially during last day of trip). He missed few sight seeing, complaining that we checked out an hour late from hotel.

Trip to Bhutan is really awesome. Climate is really excellent and could even visit some places with snowfall. However, places like tiger's nest, punakha dzong charge a higher entry fees for the tourists. Therefore I do not recommend people to spend on a temple. Also whenever the places are given as part of itinerary, please give all kinds of places like temple, snowfall, adventurous activities, etc and not just temples. Buddha View Point, Drukyel Dzong and Chelela Pass.

The planning was good , but i was not satisfied with the hotel provided in Paro which was a 3 night stay and should have been good. the hotel provided very limited breakfast which was complimentary. Also room was not comfortable , as promised by the agency that 3 star hotel would be provided this hotel did not meet the criteria. Very far from town so wasted time at hotel as we could not utilize evenings and had to stay at hotel. Rest 2 hotels were good . Pemaling Villa hotel was the best. Also Manisha from ACE travel solutions was good with all the formalities and planning. Everything went smooth as part of itenary , except 2 places mentioned in itenary were not covered. Hotels could have been more better for the package price paid. Thank u Manisha for you kind support. Overall it was good visit.

Your tour programme was not good as ,as Sunday is there holiday, so we couldn't get Permit for going punakha, you should make itemary accordingly ,you people also take our details,as passport copy,you should make permit For punakha in advance,or should make trip to Punakha on Monday, So you should check ,we get tired went from paro and came back same day,we have done personally permit to punakha and paid extra for car,PL note. Thanking you,

Trip was very good. Bhutan Rental and Travel, Mr. Samir did an awesome coordination, very polite and arranged a very good cab & driver Kunzong. Samir guided us not to travel via phuentsholing on road, as it could be a tedious one. Which we felt a valuable one, as we met many travellers who came via road felt the same. Kunzong became a very friend and guided us all through the trip. He is very punctual. He guided us and came with us when we trekked to the Tigers Nest. He helped us during shopping. The travel part of it we were very comfortable, both the flight and cab. The hotel(Lekhar Resort) provided in Punakha could have been better, that hotel service was average. The agent could have provided one of the hotels in Paro or Thimphu closer to the town, which would have helped in shopping. One area can be improved is, the places in itinerary should be explained. We felt zoo wasn’t worth the penny. Our driver took us to a place called Simply Bhutan in Thimphu which was much better than the Heritage museum. End of the day it was a very good vacation, we enjoyed every bit of it, it was well arranged. Thanks to Kunzong, our driver and guide.
